下記Ａに属する成分を均一に撹拌して６−ベンジルアミノプリンを溶解した。当該液にＢに属する成分を徐々に加え、均一に撹拌した後、中和剤としてトリエタノールアミンを適量加えた。次いでＣ、Ｄを順次添加して育毛剤を製造した。なお、クエン酸はＰＨ調整剤である。
