Abstract
【解決手段】 自動車両分野におけるハウジング(4)、特に、バッテリハウジング用の緊急脱気装置であって、ハウジング(4)は、少なくとも1つのハウジング内部(10)を密閉し、カバー装置(8)によって閉じられた少なくとも1つのハウジング開口(6)を有し、カバー装置(8)は、少なくとも1つの薄膜(12)、スパイク部材(16)、およびセンサ装置(18)を有して、それぞれのハウジング内部(10)で特定の内部圧力を超えた場合に、センサ装置(18)が前記超過を検出し、薄膜(12)が破壊され得るようにする緊急脱気装置において、スパイク部材(16)が、ばね部材(20)によって、カバー装置(8)に弾性的に取り付けられる、緊急脱気装置。

Claims (9)
- 自動車両分野におけるハウジング(4)、特に、バッテリハウジング用の緊急脱気装置であって、前記ハウジング(4)は、少なくとも1つのハウジング内部(10)を密閉し、カバー装置(8)によって閉じられた少なくとも1つのハウジング開口(6)を有し、前記カバー装置(8)は、少なくとも1つの薄膜(12)、スパイク部材(16)、およびセンサ装置(18)を有して、前記それぞれのハウジング内部(10)で特定の内部圧力を超えた場合に、前記センサ装置(18)が前記超過を検出し、前記薄膜(12)が破壊され得るようにする緊急脱気装置において、前記スパイク部材(16)が、ばね部材(20)によって、前記カバー装置(8)に弾性的に取り付けられることを特徴とする緊急脱気装置。
- 前記カバー装置(8)は、スパイクハウジング部(14)を有し、前記ばね部材(20)は、第1の端部(22)で前記スパイクハウジング部(14)に支持され、前記ばね部材(20)の第2の端部(24)は、前記スパイク部材(16)に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緊急脱気装置。
- 前記スパイク部材(16)は、前記センサ装置(18)に動作可能に連結されるスパイクプランジャ(26)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の緊急脱気装置。
- 前記ばね部材(20)は、螺旋ばねとして設計され、前記スパイクプランジャ(26)は、前記ばね部材(20)の中に延びることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の緊急脱気装置。
- 前記センサ装置(18)は、前記スパイクプランジャ(26)によって作動することができる切換部材(28)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の緊急脱気装置。
- 前記スパイクプランジャ(26)は、ばねプランジャとして設計されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の緊急脱気装置。
- 前記切換部材(28)は、圧力感応型切換部材として設計され、前記スパイクプランジャ(26)は、前記圧力感応型切換部材に当接することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の緊急脱気装置。
- 前記センサ装置(18)は、前記スパイク部材(16)の、または前記スパイクプランジャ(26)の移動行程を検出する非接触センサを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の緊急脱気装置。
- 前記薄膜(12)は、半透過性薄膜として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の緊急脱気装置。
