Claims (7)
- 正極及び負極が積層される積層部と、
前記積層部に対して水平方向における何れかの方向から、前記正極及び前記負極の少なくとも一方の電極を前記積層部に向けて投入する第1の投入部と、
前記水平方向に沿った第1の方向における前記積層部の両端側に配置され、前記第1の方向に互いに対向する第1の壁部及び第2の壁部と、
前記第1の壁部及び前記第2の壁部の少なくとも一方の壁部を前記第1の方向に沿って往復移動させることにより、開閉動作を行う開閉機構と、を備える、電極積層装置。 - 前記開閉機構は、前記第1の投入部による前記電極の投入が完了した後、前記壁部の閉動作を行う、請求項1に記載の電極積層装置。
- 前記開閉機構は、前記第1の投入部による前記電極の投入が完了した後、前記壁部の開動作を行い、その後、前記閉動作を行う、請求項2に記載の電極積層装置。
- 前記開閉機構は、前記第1の投入部による前記電極の投入前に前記壁部の開動作を行い、前記投入部による前記電極の投入が完了した後、前記閉動作を行う、請求項2に記載の電極積層装置。
- 前記正極及び前記負極のうち、前記第1の投入部とは異なる電極を前記積層部に向けて投入する第2の投入部と、
前記積層部の上方に配置され、投入時における前記正極と前記負極とを仕切る仕切板と、を更に備え、
前記仕切板は、投入時における前記正極及び前記負極のうちの一方の電極を上面側に載置させ、他方の電極を下面側に導き、
前記開閉機構は、前記第1の投入部及び前記第2の投入部による前記電極の投入が完了した後、前記壁部の閉動作を行う、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電極積層装置。 - 前記積層部は、積層された前記電極と前記第1の投入部との高さ調整のために、前記開閉機構によって前記壁部が開いているときに、下方へ移動する、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の電極積層装置。
- 上下方向に延びるループ状をなし、その外周面に複数の支持部が取り付けられた循環部材と、
複数段の前記積層部を有する積層ユニットと、を更に備え、
前記第1の投入部は、複数の前記支持部に支持された前記電極を複数段の前記積層部に向けて同時に押し出す押出部によって構成される、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の電極積層装置。
