Claims (7)
- 船外機のシフト操作を行うための船舶用シフト装置であって、
所定の軸回りに操作が可能なレバーと、
前記レバーの操作を抑制するレバー操作抑制機構と、を備え、
前記レバー操作抑制機構は、前記レバーの中立位置と船舶の前進に対応する第1の位置との間の第1の操作時と、前記中立位置と船舶の後進に対応する第2の位置との間の第2の操作時とで、前記レバーに異なる荷重を与える荷重付与部を含む
ことを特徴とする船舶用シフト装置。 - 前記荷重付与部は、
前記第1の操作時および前記第2の操作時に前記レバーに荷重を与える第1の荷重付与部と、
前記第2の操作時に前記レバーに荷重を与える第2の荷重付与部と、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶用シフト装置。 - 前記レバー操作抑制機構は、
前記レバーの操作と連動して前記所定の軸回りに回転するドライブギアと、
前記ドライブギアを回転自在に支持するハウジングと、を含み、
前記第1の荷重付与部および前記第2の荷重付与部は、前記ドライブギアと接触して連れ回る回転体と、前記回転体を回転自在に保持するとともに、前記ハウジングに揺動自在に支持された支持体と、前記支持体を介して前記回転体を前記ドライブギアに押圧する弾性体と、を含み、
前記ドライブギアは、前記レバーの前記第1の操作時および前記第2の操作時に前記第1の荷重付与部の前記回転体と接触する第1の凹凸部と、前記第2の操作時に前記第2の荷重付与部の前記回転体と接触する第2の凹凸部と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船舶用シフト装置。 - 前記第1の荷重付与部および前記第2の荷重付与部は、前記弾性体の押圧力を調整する調整部を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の船舶用シフト装置。 - 前記調整部は、
前記弾性体の伸縮方向へ進退可能なねじと、
前記弾性体の伸縮方向の一端部と、前記ねじの先端部との間に介在するプレートと、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の船舶用シフト装置。 - 前記第1の荷重付与部の弾性体および前記第2の荷重付与部の弾性体は、第1の弾性体と、前記第1の弾性体と同心状に配置された第2の弾性体と、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の船舶用シフト装置。 - 前記第1の荷重付与部および前記第2の荷重付与部は、前記所定の軸を挟んで対称位置に配されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の船舶用シフト装置。
