Abstract
【解決手段】一対の軸部材と、この一対の軸部材間に介在されて各軸部材とそれぞれ一体接合される中間筒体とからなり、各軸部材の端部に等速自在継手が接続される中空状動力伝達シャフトである。一対の軸部材の軸方向長さを同一長さに設定され、かつ一対の軸部材は内外径寸法が中間筒体の内外寸法と同一である筒状接合部を有する。

Claims (6)
- 一対の軸部材と、この一対の軸部材間に介在されて各軸部材とそれぞれ一体接合される中間筒体とからなり、各軸部材の端部に等速自在継手が接続される中空状動力伝達シャフトであって、
一対の軸部材の軸方向長さを同一長さに設定され、かつ一対の軸部材は内外径寸法が中間筒体の内外寸法と同一である筒状接合部を有することを特徴とする中空状動力伝達シャフト。 - 一対の軸部材は同一仕様であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空状動力伝達シャフト。
- 一対の軸部材は、前記筒状接合部と、この接合部位よりも小径の軸部材本体部と、軸部材本体部と接合部と連設する連設部とを有し、中間筒体の外径をDとし、軸部材本体部をdとしたときに、D=0.52×d+Cとし、Cを、15.92〜23.09としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の中空状動力伝達シャフト。
- 軸部材と中間筒体とは、電子ビーム溶接にて接合一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の中空状動力伝達シャフト。
- 軸部材と中間筒体とは、レーザ溶接にて接合一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の中空状動力伝達シャフト。
- 軸部材が鍛造加工品であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の中空状動力伝達シャフト。
