Claims (20)
- 隣接して配置される第1太陽電池及び第2太陽電池と、
前記第1太陽電池と前記第2太陽電池を直列に接続するように、前記第1太陽電池と前記第2太陽電池間に配置されるインターコネクタとを含み、
前記第1太陽電池及び前記第2太陽電池は、
フレキシブル基板と、
前記フレキシブル基板上に形成される下部電極と、
前記下部電極の一部の領域を露出するように前記下部電極上に部分的に形成されるIII−V族化合物半導体と、
前記III−V族化合物半導体上に形成される上部電極とを含み、
前記インターコネクタは、前記第1太陽電池と前記第2太陽電池間の領域を覆うように配置され、前記第1太陽電池の下部電極と前記第2太陽電池の上部電極に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記インターコネクタは、
弾性を有する非導電性のベースと、
前記ベースの一面に形成され、前記第1太陽電池の下部電極と前記第2太陽電池の上部電極に電気的に接続される導電層と、
前記第2太陽電池の下部電極と前記第2太陽電池の上部電極間の短絡を防止するように前記導電層の一面に形成される絶縁層とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記導電層は、前記ベースに導電性物質をコーティングして形成される導電性コーティング層からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁層は、前記導電層に絶縁性物質をコーティングして形成される絶縁性コーティング層からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁層は、前記導電層に絶縁テープを貼り付けて形成される絶縁性接着層からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁層は、隣接する2つの太陽電池間に誘電体材料を蒸着して形成される誘電体蒸着層からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記ベースは10〜200μmの厚さを有し、
前記導電性コーティング層は1〜100μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記導電層は、前記絶縁層の両側に突出し、
前記導電層の一側は前記第1太陽電池の下部電極に接触し、前記導電層の他側は前記第2太陽電池の上部電極に接触することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1太陽電池と前記第2太陽電池間には湾曲変形可能になるように境界が形成され、
前記インターコネクタは、
前記境界に沿って延びる延長部と、
前記延長部の一端から前記第1太陽電池の下部電極と前記第2太陽電池の上部電極に向かって両側に突出する第1突出部と、
前記延長部の他端から前記第1太陽電池の下部電極と前記第2太陽電池の上部電極に向かって両側に突出する第2突出部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1突出部及び前記第2突出部には導電層が形成され、
前記延長部には絶縁層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1突出部の一側と前記第2突出部の一側は前記第1太陽電池の下部電極に接触し、
前記第1突出部の他側と前記第2突出部の他側は前記第2太陽電池の上部電極に接触することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記延長部には少なくとも1つの孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記孔は、複数備えられ、それぞれの前記孔が互いに離隔して配置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池及び前記インターコネクタを覆うように形成される保護膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記フレキシブル基板は、50〜1,000μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記下部電極及び前記上部電極は、それぞれ1〜15μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記III−V族化合物半導体は、1〜4μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に設けられるスクロールバーと、
前記スクロールバーから巻き出されて前記ハウジングから引き出され、前記スクロールバーに巻き取られて前記ハウジングの内部に引き込まれる太陽電池モジュールと、
前記ハウジングの内部に設けられ、前記太陽電池モジュールで生成された電力を貯蔵するように構成されるバッテリと、
外部機器を接続できるように前記ハウジングの外部に露出し、前記バッテリから供給される電力を前記外部機器に伝達する端子とを含み、
前記太陽電池モジュールは、
隣接して配置される第1太陽電池及び第2太陽電池と、
前記第1太陽電池と前記第2太陽電池を直列に接続するように、前記第1太陽電池と前記第2太陽電池間に配置されるインターコネクタとを含み、
前記第1太陽電池及び前記第2太陽電池は、
フレキシブル基板と、
前記フレキシブル基板上に形成される下部電極と、
前記下部電極の一部の領域を露出するように前記下部電極上に部分的に形成されるIII−V族化合物半導体と、
前記III−V族化合物半導体上に形成される上部電極とを含み、
前記インターコネクタは、前記第1太陽電池と前記第2太陽電池間の領域を覆うように配置され、前記第1太陽電池の下部電極と前記第2太陽電池の上部電極に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする携帯用充電器。 - 前記太陽電池モジュールは、互いに並列に接続されるストリングを含み、
前記ストリングは、互いに直列に接続される太陽電池を含み、
それぞれの前記太陽電池は、前記インターコネクタにより、隣接する他の太陽電池に接続及び接合されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の携帯用充電器。 - 前記太陽電池モジュールは、前記太陽電池の両面を覆うカバーフィルムをさらに含み、
前記カバーフィルムは、PET素材と前記PET素材の表面に粘着された熱可塑性樹脂とからなり、前記太陽電池の両面にヒートシールされることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の携帯用充電器。
