Description
MMAとBAのトリブロック共重合体(A)としてクラリティーLA2140e(商品名:クラレ社製、MMA含有量28%、Mw75000)を、単官能モノマー(B)としてTHFA(商品名:共栄社化学社製、テトラヒドロフルフリルアクリレート)を、開始剤(C)としてIrgacure184およびIrgacureTPO(商品名:BASFジャパン社製)を、2官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマー(D)としてM220(商品名:MIWON社製、トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート)を用い、表1記載の配合で均一に溶解するまで撹拌し実施例1の防湿絶縁コート剤組成物を調整した。
実施例1で用いた材料の他、(B)として4HBA(商品名:大阪有機化学社製、4ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート)およびCHA(商品名:共栄社化学社製、シクロへキシルアクリレート)およびECA(商品名:共栄社化学社製、エトキシジエチレングリコールアクリレート)を、(D)としてM2300(商品名:MIWON社製、EO変性(30)ビスフェノールAジアクリレート)およびDCPA(商品名:共栄社化学社製、ジシクロペンタジエンジアクリレート)を用い、配合量を表1のように変更し均一に溶解するまで撹拌し実施例2〜12の防湿絶縁コート剤組成物を調整した。
実施例で用いた材料の他、MMAとBAのブロック共重合体としてLA1114(商品名:クラレ社製、ジブロック共重合体)およびLA4285(商品名:クラレ社製、MMA比率35重量%超)を、ガラス転移点が30℃超の単官能アクリルモノマーとしてDEAA(商品名:KJケミカルズ社製、ジエチルアクリルアミド)およびFA−512M(商品名:日立化成社製、ジシクロペンテニルオキシエチレンメタクリレート)を、ウレタンアクリレートとしてNISSOTE−2000(商品名:日本曹達社製)およびニューフロンティアR−1220(商品名:第一工業製薬社製)を、無溶剤アクリルポリマーとしてARUFRON UH−2000(商品名:東亞合成社製)を用い、表2記載の配合で均一に溶解するまで撹拌し比較例1〜8の防湿絶縁コート剤組成物を調整した。
伸び率(%)= 破断時の変位(長さ)÷33mm×100
例)全く伸びずに破断した場合:0mm÷33mm×100=0%

Claims (6)
- メチルメタアクリレートとブチルアクリレートのトリブロック共重合体(A)と、硬化物のガラス転移点が30℃以下である単官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマー(B)と、光重合開始剤(C)とを含み、前記(A)におけるメチルメタクリレートの共重合比率が重量比で35%未満であり、光重合性モノマーに対する前記(C)の比率が0.05〜6重量%であるLED硬化型防湿絶縁コート剤組成物。
- 組成物全体に対する前記(A)の比率が5〜85重量%で、前記(B)の比率が13〜85重量%である請求項1記載のLED硬化型防湿絶縁コート剤組成物。
- 更に2官能以上の(メタ)アクリレートモノマー(D)を含む請求項1または2いずれかに記載のLED硬化型防湿絶縁コート剤組成物。
- 前記(D)がグリコール変性ジアクリレートである請求項3に記載のLED硬化型防湿絶縁コート剤組成物。
- 前記(B)として、単独重合体のガラス転移点が−20℃以下であるモノマーを含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のLED硬化型防湿絶縁コート剤組成物。
- 硬化物のデュロメータータイプA硬度が60以下である請求項1〜5いずれかに記載のLED硬化型防湿絶縁コート剤組成物。
