Claims (14)
- 筐体の内部に複数の遮断ユニットが収容される直流配線用遮断器において、
隣接する遮断ユニットの各固定接点を接続する2ユニット接続ヒータを含み、
前記2ユニット接続ヒータが前記筐体の内部に備えられることを特徴とする直流配線用遮断器。 - 前記2ユニット接続ヒータは、
U字状に形成されて前記隣接する遮断ユニットの固定接点にそれぞれ接続される1対の頭部と、
前記頭部から下方に延設される1対の胴部と、
前記1対の胴部を連結する脚部と、から構成される、請求項1に記載の直流配線用遮断器。 - 前記頭部及び前記脚部が水平面からなり、前記胴部が垂直面からなる、請求項2に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記1対の胴部のいずれか一方の胴部には、回路に発生する過電流を検出して前記回路を遮断動作させるトリップ機構が設けられる、請求項2又は3に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記筐体の前面に前面端子収容部が設けられ、前記筐体の背面に背面端子収容部が設けられ、前記前面端子収容部及び/又は前記背面端子収容部を閉鎖する絶縁カバーが備えられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記筐体の内部には、前記2ユニット接続ヒータ及び前記トリップ機構を収容するトリップ部ケースが備えられ、前記トリップ部ケースの前面には、トリップ部絶縁カバーが備えられる、請求項4に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記脚部には、前記トリップ部ケースとの結合のための組立孔が形成される、請求項6に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記トリップ部ケースには、前記遮断ユニット間の絶縁のために隔壁が形成され、前記隔壁の一部には、前記脚部の挿入のための切欠溝が形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 一端が前記複数の遮断ユニットのうち一側に設けられた遮断ユニットの背面端子に接続され、他端が前記一側に設けられた遮断ユニットの前面端子収容部に設けられる接続導体をさらに含み、
前記接続導体は、前記筐体の内部に設けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の直流配線用遮断器。 - 前記接続導体は、
前記一側に設けられた遮断ユニットの背面端子に結合される第1端子と、
前記一側に設けられた遮断ユニットの前面端子収容部に設けられる第2端子と、
前記第1端子と前記第2端子とを連結する連結部とを含む、請求項9に記載の直流配線用遮断器。 - 前記筐体は、上面、前面及び背面の一部が開放された箱状のケースと、前記ケースの上部に結合されるカバーとから構成され、
前記ケースには一側壁の下部が突出して第1突出部が形成され、前記第1突出部には長手方向に第1収容溝が形成され、
前記カバーには一側壁の外部に突出する第2突出部が形成され、前記第2突出部には長手方向に前記第1収容溝に連通する第2収容溝が形成され、
前記第1及び第2収容溝には前記接続導体が挿入される、請求項9又は10に記載の直流配線用遮断器。 - 前記第2突出部の外壁に沿って下方に延設される延長部が備えられ、前記延長部が前記第1突出部に接する長さに形成される、請求項11に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記第2突出部は、前記第1突出部と同じ幅で突設される、請求項11又は12に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記ケースの一側壁の前端部及び後端部には、前記接続導体の一部が挿入される挿入凹部が形成される、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
