Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る電力需要管理システムは、複数の電力−先購買家電機器及び電力需要管理サーバを含み、前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器の各々は、認証キーを管理する認証部、前記電力需要管理サーバから電力節減量を含む電力消費制御信号を受信し、前記電力節減量に応じた制御情報を選択する制御設定部、及び前記制御設定部により選択された制御情報に基づいて動作制御信号を生成する動作制御信号生成部を含む電力消費量制御部を含み、前記需要管理サーバは、前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器に電力節減量を割り当てる需要資源割当部、前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器の認証キーに基づいて前記電力消費制御信号を暗号化するセキュリティー部、及び前記電力消費制御信号に応じた電力消費節減量をモニターする節減管理部を含むことができる。

Description
なお、ユーザは家電機器の購買時に電気料金の割引等といった様々な恵みを受けることができる。
図2を参照すれば、電力需要管理サーバ200は、図1の電力販売事業者300が電力−先購買家電機器400の先購買/実際消費電力及び需要資源取引を管理するためのサーバである。
1)電力生産業者サーバ710は、電力需要管理サーバ200に電力−先購買家電機器400に対する制御権限を要請する。
先ず、電力需要管理サーバ200は、電力市場700又は電力生産業者サーバ710から電力減縮信号を受信する(S202)。
本実施形態において、電力引き込み点電力測定装置100は、電力引き込み点の電力消耗総エネルギーから引き込み点に連結された個別エネルギー機器及び内部部品のエネルギー使用量を推定するために無記名の負荷クラスタリングデータセットを生成するハードウェアアルゴリズムを実行し、それを特定サーバ200に送信する。
負荷機器は、電気エネルギーを使用するエネルギー使用機器又は部品を含む。電力引き込み点とは、例えば、各家庭の配電盤又は分電盤の電力引き込み点のように複数の負荷機器に対して電力が引き込まれる地点(node)である。以下、本実施形態による電力情報収集部110の動作は図8を参照してより詳しく説明する。
さらに、本実施形態において、動作状態抽出部120はノイズ除去ステップ(S120)を実行することができる。ノイズ除去ステップ(S120)は、全体電力使用量の電力信号測定で発生する無意味な高周波雑音信号を除去する。
本実施形態において、負荷特徴抽出ステップ(S130)は、全体電力使用量データから抽出されたスナップショット、過渡応答、オン/オフイベント、状態推移変化情報を活用して個別負荷機器の電力使用特徴を反映した信号相関関係を生成する。前記信号相関関係は、電圧/電流相関度、高周波歪曲度、電流/電力信号変形度、有効/無効電力相関度等を含むことができる。
すなわち、オン/オフイベントマッチングステップ(S132)は、生成された信号相関関係に基づいて個別機器に対するオン/オフ動作イベントを同一機器に対する対として分類し、パターン一致負荷分類ステップ(S134)は、生成された信号相関関係に基づいて同一機器に対してマルチステップ又は連続した変化特性をオン/オフ動作イベントと連携群として分類する。
データセットが生成されれば、送信部140は、データセットを再び組み合わせしてラベリングされた電力情報を生成するNILMサーバ250に前記生成されたデータセットを送信する。
また、リアルタイム電力エネルギー情報サービスを実行するために必要な電力消耗量及び品質情報データを共に送信することもできる。
先ず、電力情報収集部110において、前記スナップショット抽出周期を適切に選択することが重要である。スナップショット抽出周波数が特定値より低い時には、例えば、秒当たり1回未満の場合は、負荷機器の過渡状態区間に対する解像度が低いため、互いに異なる個別負荷機器を区分するのが難しく、スナップショット抽出周期が特定値より高い時には、例えば、秒当たり数千〜数万回、過渡状態区間に対する解像度が過度に高いため、同一の負荷機器を互いに異なる負荷機器に認識する等のエラーが発生しうる。よって、電力引き込み点からエネルギー計測装置の効率的な事前情報処理のためのスナップショット抽出周期は、秒当たり10回から900回程度が適切である。
図11を参照すれば、本実施形態によるNILMサーバ250は、受信部210、再組合部220、ラベリング部230を含む。
先ず、受信部210は、個別負荷機器を構成する部品群を基準に電力情報を分類して生成されたデータセットを受信する。
それに先立ち、再組合部220はデータ圧縮解除ステップ(S1202)を先に実行することができる。すなわち、電力引き込み点電力測定装置100が圧縮されたデータを送信する場合、ソフトウェアアルゴリズムの実行速度を高めるためにデータ圧縮を解除することができる。
図12を参照すれば、大分類の負荷機器分類ステップ(S1204)は、同一機器であると判断される個別負荷機器に対する負荷動作特性(オン/オフ、マルチステップ、連続変化、常時起動)に応じて分布平面を区分する。
区分ステップ(S1214)は、様々なカラー又はユーザが認識可能なディスプレイ方法で前記マッピングされたデータを部品レベルに区分する。
さらに、NILMサーバ250は、個別負荷機器のエネルギー使用情報を用いたデータ解釈情報を提供することができる。すなわち、総電力と個別負荷機器のエネルギー使用パターンに対して、行動心理学分析アルゴリズムに基づいたデータ解釈を適用して特定データセットを生成することもできる。
さらに、エネルギーIT専門事業者により、前記総電力量、個別負荷機器使用量、エネルギー節減コンサルティング等を特定建物及び単位家庭に提供する一体のサービスも可能である。

Claims (14)
- 複数の電力−先購買家電機器及び電力需要管理サーバを含み、
前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器の各々は、
認証キーを管理する認証部、前記電力需要管理サーバから電力節減量を含む電力消費制御信号を受信し、前記電力節減量に応じた制御情報を選択する制御設定部、及び前記制御設定部により選択された制御情報に基づいて動作制御信号を生成する動作制御信号生成部を含む電力消費量制御部を含み、
前記電力需要管理サーバは、
前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器に電力節減量を割り当てる需要資源割当部、
前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器の認証キーに基づいて前記電力消費制御信号を暗号化するセキュリティー部、及び
前記電力消費制御信号に応じた電力消費節減量をモニターする節減管理部を含む、電力需要管理システム。 - 前記制御設定部は、設定情報、環境情報及び電力消費量を各々含む複数の単位情報に基づいて前記制御情報を設定する、請求項1に記載の電力需要管理システム。
- 前記制御設定部は、現在設定情報及び環境情報に基づいて前記複数の単位情報のうち現在単位情報を特定し、前記複数の単位情報のうち前記現在単位情報の環境情報と一定誤差内の環境情報を有する複数の制御候補単位情報を選択する、請求項2に記載の電力需要管理システム。
- 前記制御設定部は、前記現在単位情報の電力使用量と前記複数の制御候補単位情報の電力使用量との差値を求め、前記差値のうち前記電力節減量と最も近い差値を有する制御候補単位情報を該電力−先購買家電機器の制御情報として選択する、請求項3に記載の電力需要管理システム。
- 前記電力需要管理システムは前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器のうち少なくともいずれか一つと電力引き込み点において連結された電力測定装置をさらに含み、
前記電力需要管理サーバはNILM(Non−intrusive load monitoring)サーバをさらに含み、前記NILMサーバは前記電力測定装置により測定された電力量のうち前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器のうち少なくともいずれか一つの電力消費節減量を分離して前記節減管理部に送信する、請求項1に記載の電力需要管理システム。 - 電力生産業者サーバから電力減縮信号を受信し、前記電力減縮信号に基づいて複数の電力−先購買家電機器に目標電力節減量を割り当て、電力消費制御信号を生成する需要資源割当部、
前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器が保有した認証キーに基づいて前記電力消費制御信号を暗号化するセキュリティー部、及び
前記電力消費制御信号に応じた前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器の実際電力消費節減量をモニターする節減管理部を含む、電力需要管理サーバ。 - 前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器のうち少なくともいずれか一つと電力引き込み点において連結された電力測定装置をさらに含み、
前記電力需要管理サーバはNILMサーバ(Non−intrusive load monitoring)をさらに含み、前記NILMサーバは前記電力測定装置により測定された電力量のうち前記複数の電力−先購買家電機器のうち少なくともいずれか一つの電力消費節減量を分離して前記節減管理部に送信する、請求項6に記載の電力需要管理サーバ。 - 前記電力需要管理サーバは制御設定部をさらに含み、前記制御設定部は設定情報、環境情報及び電力消費量を各々含む複数の単位情報に基づいて制御情報を演算する、請求項6に記載の電力需要管理サーバ。
- 前記制御設定部は、現在環境情報及び設定情報に基づいて前記複数の単位情報のうち基準単位情報を特定し、前記基準単位情報の環境情報と一定誤差内の環境情報を有する複数の候補単位情報を選択する、請求項8に記載の電力需要管理サーバ。
- 前記制御設定部は、前記基準単位情報の電力使用量と前記複数の候補単位情報の電力使用量との差値を求め、前記差値のうち前記目標電力節減量に最も近い値を有する候補単位情報を選択し、前記選択された候補単位情報の設定情報を該電力−先購買家電機器の制御情報として演算する、請求項9に記載の電力需要管理サーバ。
- 電力消費量制御部及び通信部を含む電力−先購買家電機器であって、
前記電力消費量制御部は、認証キーを管理する認証部、電力需要管理サーバから前記通信部を介して電力消費制御信号を受信し、前記電力消費制御信号に応じて電力節減量に応じた制御情報を演算する制御設定部、及び前記制御設定部により生成された制御情報に基づいて動作制御信号を生成する動作制御信号生成部を含む、電力−先購買家電機器。 - 前記制御設定部は、設定情報、環境情報及び電力消費量を各々含む複数の単位情報に基づいて制御情報を演算する、請求項11に記載の電力−先購買家電機器。
- 前記制御設定部は、現在環境情報及び設定情報に基づいて前記複数の単位情報のうち基準単位情報を特定し、前記基準単位情報の環境情報と一定誤差内の環境情報を有する複数の候補単位情報を選択する、請求項12に記載の電力−先購買家電機器。
- 前記制御設定部は、前記基準単位情報の電力使用量と前記複数の候補単位情報の電力使用量との差値を求め、前記差値のうち前記電力節減量に最も近い値を有する候補単位情報を選択し、前記選択された候補単位情報の設定情報を前記電力−先購買家電機器の制御情報として演算する、請求項13に記載の電力−先購買家電機器。
