Abstract
Description
アルキルベンゼン(A):炭素数1〜19のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつアルキル基の合計炭素数が9〜19であるアルキルベンゼン(好ましくは、炭素数1〜15のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつアルキル基の合計炭素数が9〜15であるアルキルベンゼン)
アルキルベンゼン(B):炭素数1〜40のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつアルキル基の合計炭素数が20〜40であるアルキルベンゼン(好ましくは、炭素数1〜30のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつアルキル基の合計炭素数が20〜30であるアルキルベンゼン)
式(1)中、Rは炭素数1〜10、好ましくは1〜4のアルキル基を表し、nは0〜5、好ましくは0〜2の整数を表し、より好ましくは1である。ただし、複数存在するRは互いに同一であっても異なってもよい。複数存在するnは互いに同一であっても異なってもよい。
A1:エチレンとα−オレフィンとの共重合体(製品名:ルーカントHC−40、三井化学(株)社製、40℃における動粘度:380mm2/s、100℃における動粘度:40mm2/s、粘度指数:155、流動点:−40.0℃、引火点:250℃)
A2:直鎖型アルキルベンゼン(JXエネルギー(株)社製、40℃における動粘度:19.4mm2/s、流動点:<−50.0℃、引火点:200℃、密度:0.873g/cm3)
(添加剤)
b1:トリクレジルホスフェート
b2:下記式(2)で表される化合物(n=0〜2、iPr:イソプロピル基)
10mL耐圧ガラス管に、冷凍機油/冷媒の比率(質量比)が90/10となるように冷凍機油及び下記の冷媒を封入し、攪拌後−40℃で1時間静置した。その後、析出(懸濁及び分離)の有無を観察した。析出がなかった場合を「A」、析出があった場合を「B」として評価した。
冷媒:R290(プロパン)
R410A(ジフルオロメタン(R32)とペンタフルオロエタン(R125)との混合冷媒、R32/R125=50/50(質量比))
図1は、低温流動性の評価方法を説明するための模式図である。図1(a)に示すように、10mL耐圧ガラス管1に、冷凍機油/冷媒の比率(質量比)が90/10となるように冷凍機油及び冷媒を封入し、攪拌後−40℃で1時間静置した。このときのガラス管1の底面1aと、冷凍機油及び冷媒からなる作動流体組成物2の液面2aとの距離をHとした。その後、図1(b)に示すように、ガラス管1を逆さにしたところ、作動流体組成物2の液面2aが徐々に上昇した。ガラス管1を逆さにしてから、ガラス管1の底面1aと作動流体組成物2の液面2aとの距離hが高さHの20%(h/H=0.2)になるまでの時間Tを計測した。Tが30秒以下であった場合を「A」、Tが30秒を超え45秒以下であった場合を「B」、Tが45秒を超えたか又は冷凍機油と冷媒とが互いに分離した場合を「C」として評価した。
Claims (5)
- エチレンとα−オレフィンとの共重合体を基油として含有し、炭化水素冷媒と共に用いられる冷凍機油。
- アルキルベンゼンを前記基油として更に含有する、請求項1に記載の冷凍機油。
- 前記アルキルベンゼンの含有量に対する前記共重合体の含有量の質量比が、10/90〜90/10である、請求項2に記載の冷凍機油。
- 前記アルキルベンゼンの含有量に対する前記共重合体の含有量の質量比が、10/90〜50/50である、請求項2又は3に記載の冷凍機油。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機油と、炭化水素冷媒とを含有する冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
