Abstract
【解決手段】通電されることで力行を行う回転電機17の回転速度上昇時の異常を検出する回転上昇異常検出装置14であって、回転電機の回転開始に際して、回転電機へ通電しており且つ回転電機の回転速度が第1回転速度未満である状態が、第1時間継続したことを判定する第1判定部と、回転電機への通電開始からの通電継続時間が第1時間よりも長く設定された第2時間よりも長く、且つ回転電機の回転速度が第1回転速度よりも高く設定された第2回転速度未満であることを判定する第2判定部と、第1判定部による判定、及び第2判定部による判定の少なくとも1つが肯定された場合に、回転電機の回転速度の上昇状態が異常であると判定する総合判定部と、を備える。

通電されることで力行を行う回転電機(17)の回転速度上昇時の異常を検出する回転上昇異常検出装置(14、20)であって、
前記回転電機の回転開始に際して、
前記回転電機へ通電しており且つ前記回転電機の回転速度が第1回転速度未満である状態が、第1時間継続したことを判定する第1判定部と、
前記回転電機への通電開始からの通電継続時間が前記第1時間よりも長く設定された第2時間よりも長く、且つ前記回転電機の回転速度が前記第1回転速度よりも高く設定された第2回転速度未満であることを判定する第2判定部と、
前記第1判定部による判定、及び前記第2判定部による判定の少なくとも1つが肯定された場合に、前記回転電機の回転速度の上昇状態が異常であると判定する総合判定部と、
を備える。
Claims (12)
- 通電されることで力行を行う回転電機(17)の回転速度上昇時の異常を検出する回転上昇異常検出装置(14、20)であって、
前記回転電機の回転開始に際して、
前記回転電機へ通電しており且つ前記回転電機の回転速度が第1回転速度未満である状態が、第1時間継続したことを判定する第1判定部と、
前記回転電機への通電開始からの通電継続時間が前記第1時間よりも長く設定された第2時間よりも長く、且つ前記回転電機の回転速度が前記第1回転速度よりも高く設定された第2回転速度未満であることを判定する第2判定部と、
前記第1判定部による判定、及び前記第2判定部による判定の少なくとも1つが肯定された場合に、前記回転電機の回転速度の上昇状態が異常であると判定する総合判定部と、
を備える回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。 - 前記回転電機は、エンジン(101)の始動を行うものであり、
前記回転電機の回転開始により、前記エンジンの始動が開始される請求項1に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。 - 前記回転電機への通電開始からの通電継続時間が前記第2時間よりも長く設定された第3時間よりも長いことを判定する第3判定部を備え、
前記総合判定部は、前記第1判定部による判定、前記第2判定部による判定、及び前記第3判定部による判定の少なくとも1つが肯定された場合に、前記回転電機の回転速度の上昇状態が異常であると判定する請求項2に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。 - 前記第3時間は、前記エンジンが始動する見込みがないと判定するために必要な時間よりも長く、且つ前記回転電機が前記第2回転速度よりも高い第3回転速度で回転している状態で継続して前記回転電機へ通電した場合に通電回路が損傷する時間よりも短く設定されている請求項3に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。
- 前記第3時間は、前記回転電機へ通電される電流の大きさに基づいて設定される請求項3又は4に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。
- 前記第2時間は、前記エンジンの始動時に前記回転電機の回転速度が低下していると判定するために必要な時間よりも長く、且つ前記回転電機が前記第2回転速度よりも低い回転速度で回転している状態で継続して前記回転電機へ通電した場合に通電回路が損傷する時間よりも短く設定されている請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。
- 前記第1時間は、前記回転電機がロック状態であると判定するために必要な時間よりも長く、且つ前記回転電機の回転が停止した状態で継続して前記回転電機へ通電した場合に通電回路が損傷する時間よりも短く設定されている請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。
- 前記第1時間及び前記第2時間は、前記回転電機へ通電される電流の大きさに基づいて設定される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。
- 前記回転電機は、車両を走行させるものであり、
前記回転電機の回転開始により、前記車両の走行が開始される請求項1に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。 - 前記総合判定部により前記回転電機の回転速度の上昇状態が異常であると判定された場合に、前記回転電機への通電を中止する通電中止部を備える請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。
- 前記回転電機が逆回転していることを判定する逆回転判定部と、
前記逆回転判定部により前記回転電機が逆回転していると判定された場合に、通電により前記回転電機へ供給される電力を所定電力未満に所定時間制限し、その後に前記回転電機へ通電する再通電部と、
前記再通電部により前記電力が前記所定電力未満に前記所定時間制限された場合に、前記第1時間を延長する又は前記第1時間継続したことの判定にマスク期間を設ける第1時間補正部と、
を備える請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の回転上昇異常検出装置(14、20)と、
前記回転電機(17)と、前記回転電機と蓄電装置(15、22、23)との間の電力変換を行う電力変換部(13)と、を備える回転電機ユニット(10)。
