Abstract
Description
燃料電池での発電によって発生した水(例えば、後述の実施形態での凝縮水)を純水に精製する燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置(例えば、後述の実施形態での純水精製装置10)であって、
有底筒状の収納タンク(例えば、後述の実施形態での収納タンク11)と、
前記収納タンクの上方に開口する開口部(例えば、後述の実施形態での開口部21)を水密に閉鎖する蓋体(例えば、後述の実施形態での蓋体12)と、
前記収納タンクと前記蓋体とで形成される収納空間(例えば、後述の実施形態での収納空間S)の上部に配設され、前記蓋体との間に上部空間(例えば、後述の実施形態での上部空間52)を形成する上部フィルタ(例えば、後述の実施形態での上部フィルタ13)と、
前記収納空間の下部に配設され、前記収納タンクの底部(例えば、後述の実施形態での底板25)との間に下部空間を(例えば、後述の実施形態での下部空間51)形成する下部フィルタ(例えば、後述の実施形態での下部フィルタ14)と、
前記上部フィルタ及び前記下部フィルタを貫通し、前記収納タンクの略中央に配置されて前記上部空間と前記下部空間とを連通させる通水管(例えば、後述の実施形態での通水管15)と、
前記収納タンク、前記上部フィルタ、前記下部フィルタ及び前記通水管によって画成される空間に充填されるイオン交換樹脂(例えば、後述の実施形態でのイオン交換樹脂16)と、を備え、
前記蓋体には、前記上部空間に前記水を供給する給水路(例えば、後述の実施形態での給水管38)が形成されると共に、前記通水管に接続する溢水路(例えば、後述の実施形態での溢水管39)が設けられ、
前記下部空間には、前記収納タンク内の前記純水を外部に排出する第1排水路(例えば、後述の実施形態での送水管27)が接続される。
前記下部空間には、前記第1排水路とは異なる前記収納タンク内の前記純水を排出する第2排水路(例えば、後述の実施形態での排水管28)が接続される。
前記収納タンクは円筒状であり、
前記上部フィルタは、前記給水路から供給される前記水の着水点(例えば、後述の実施形態での着水ポイントP)から離間するに従って開口面積が大きくなるスリット状の開口孔(例えば、後述の実施形態でのスリット状の開口孔41)を有する。
前記上部フィルタは、前記通水管の周囲に、前記上部空間側に凹んだ空気溜まり部(例えば、後述の実施形態での凸部43)を有する。
前記水は、前記燃料電池から排出される排ガスに含まれる水分を回収した凝縮水である。

Claims (5)
- 燃料電池での発電によって発生した水を純水に精製する燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置であって、
有底筒状の収納タンクと、
前記収納タンクの上方に開口する開口部を水密に閉鎖する蓋体と、
前記収納タンクと前記蓋体とで形成される収納空間の上部に配設され、前記蓋体との間に上部空間を形成する上部フィルタと、
前記収納空間の下部に配設され、前記収納タンクの底部との間に下部空間を形成する下部フィルタと、
前記上部フィルタ及び前記下部フィルタを貫通し、前記収納タンクの略中央に配置されて前記上部空間と前記下部空間とを連通させる通水管と、
前記収納タンク、前記上部フィルタ、前記下部フィルタ及び前記通水管によって画成される空間に充填されるイオン交換樹脂と、を備え、
前記蓋体には、前記上部空間に前記水を供給する給水路が形成されると共に、前記通水管に接続する溢水路が設けられ、
前記下部空間には、前記収納タンク内の前記純水を外部に排出する第1排水路が接続された、燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置であって、
前記下部空間には、前記第1排水路とは異なる前記収納タンク内の前記純水を排出する第2排水路が接続された、燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置であって、
前記収納タンクは円筒状であり、
前記上部フィルタは、前記給水路から供給される前記水の着水点から離間するに従って開口面積が大きくなるスリット状の開口孔を有する、燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置であって、
前記上部フィルタは、前記通水管の周囲に、前記上部空間側に凹んだ空気溜まり部を有する、燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置であって、
前記水は、前記燃料電池から排出される排ガスに含まれる水分を回収した凝縮水である、燃料電池発電システムの純水精製装置。
