Abstract
Description
本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されず、例えば以下のように実施してもよい。なお、以下では、各実施形態で互いに同一又は均等である部分には同一符号を付しており、同一符号の部分についてはその説明を援用する。
・バイパス経路B2の一端はユニット内部において電気経路L1上の接続点N1(又は出力端子P1)に接続され、他端はユニット内部において電気経路L3上の接続点N4(又は出力端子P2)に接続されていてもよい。
・バイパス開閉回路RE1のリレースイッチの開閉タイミングと、バイパス開閉回路RE2のリレースイッチの開閉タイミングを異ならせるのであれば、バイパス開閉回路RE1及びバイパス開閉回路RE2のリレースイッチを、それぞれ1つずつにしてもよい。
Claims (8)
- 第1蓄電池(11)と第2蓄電池(12)とが並列接続されている電源システムに適用される電源回路装置(U)において、
前記電源システムにおいて前記第1蓄電池の電力が供給される給電経路(L1,L3)に設けられ、前記給電経路を通電又は通電遮断の状態とする制御スイッチ(21,23)と、
前記制御スイッチを迂回するバイパス経路(B1,B2)に設けられ、前記バイパス経路を通電又は通電遮断の状態とするバイパス開閉部(RE1,RE2)と、
前記バイパス開閉部を制御する制御部(51)と、を備え、
前記バイパス開閉部は、メカニカルリレーよりなる複数のリレースイッチ(31〜34)を有し、
前記制御部は、前記複数のリレースイッチのうち、いずれかのリレースイッチの開放又は閉鎖タイミングを、他のリレースイッチの開放又は閉鎖タイミングと異ならせて制御する電源回路装置。 - 前記複数のリレースイッチは、互いに並列に設けられた2以上のリレースイッチを含み、
前記制御部は、前記並列の関係にあるリレースイッチの開放又は閉鎖タイミングを異ならせる請求項1に記載の電源回路装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記制御スイッチにより前記給電経路が通電の状態とされている場合に、前記複数のリレースイッチを開放又は閉鎖させる請求項1又2に記載の電源回路装置。
- 前記電源システムの故障判定を行う故障判定部(51)を備え、
前記制御部は、前記電源システムの故障が判定された場合、前記バイパス経路が通電の状態となるように、前記複数のリレースイッチの動作を同時に制御する請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の電源回路装置。 - 前記給電経路には、前記第1蓄電池及び発電機(14)が接続される第1給電経路(L1)と、前記第1蓄電池及び電気負荷(15)に接続される第2給電経路(L3)と、があり、
前記制御スイッチには、前記第1給電経路に設けられた第1制御スイッチ(21)と、前記第2給電経路に設けられた第2制御スイッチ(23)と、があり、
前記バイパス経路には、前記第1制御スイッチを迂回する第1バイパス経路(B1)と、前記第2制御スイッチを迂回する第2バイパス経路(B2)と、があり、
前記バイパス開閉部には、前記第1バイパス経路を通電又は通電遮断の状態とする第1バイパス開閉部(RE1)と、前記第2バイパス経路を通電又は通電遮断の状態とする第2バイパス開閉部(RE2)と、があり、
前記第1バイパス開閉部及び前記第2バイパス開閉部は、それぞれ前記リレースイッチを有し、
前記制御部は、前記第1バイパス開閉部の前記リレースイッチの開放又は閉鎖タイミングを、前記第2バイパス開閉部の前記リレースイッチの開放又は閉鎖タイミングと異ならせて制御する請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載の電源回路装置。 - 前記第1バイパス開閉部は、互いに並列に設けられる複数のリレースイッチを有するとともに、前記第2バイパス開閉部は、互いに並列に設けられる複数のリレースイッチを有し、
前記制御部は、前記各リレースイッチの開放又は閉鎖タイミングをそれぞれ異ならせる請求項5に記載の電源回路装置。 - 前記制御部は、起動信号を入力した後、前記第1制御スイッチにより前記第1給電経路が通電の状態となる前に、前記第1バイパス開閉部の有する前記複数のリレースイッチを開放又は閉鎖させて、前記第1バイパス開閉部の動作確認を行い、前記第2制御スイッチにより前記第2給電経路が通電の状態となった後に、前記第2バイパス開閉部の有する前記複数のリレースイッチを開放又は閉鎖させて、前記第2バイパス開閉部の動作確認を行う請求項6に記載の電源回路装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記リレースイッチを開放又は閉鎖させた場合、当該リレースイッチのチャタリング時間に応じて設定された所定時間経過後に、他のリレースイッチの開放又は閉鎖させる請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1項に記載の電源回路装置。
