Abstract
Description
項1. 複数の高分子アクチュエータユニットと1又は複数の絶縁材を備えた積層アクチュエータであって、前記絶縁材は前記高分子アクチュエータユニット間に挟まれ、前記絶縁材は有機ポリマーファイバーの不織布で構成される、積層アクチュエータ。
項2. 前記有機ポリマーファイバーの平均直径が1000nm未満である、項1に記載の積層アクチュエータ。
項3. 前記有機ポリマーが含フッ素ポリマーである、項1または項2に記載の積層アクチュエータ。
項4. 前記高分子アクチュエータユニットにナノカーボンが含まれる、項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の積層アクチュエータ。
項5. 前記高分子アクチュエータユニットが2つの電極層の間に電解質層を挟んだ構造を有する、項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の積層アクチュエータ。
導電性材料:
1〜98質量%、好ましくは23〜66質量%、より好ましくは23〜50質量%;
ポリマー:
1〜98質量%、好ましくは17〜50質量%、より好ましくは17〜40質量%;
イオン液体:
1〜98質量%、好ましくは17〜80質量%、より好ましくは17〜60質量%;
である。
実施例1
単層カーボンナノチューブ(以下SWNTsと記載)とカーボンナノホーン(NEC社製、商品名CNHox,以下CNHと記載)、1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウム-テトラフルオロボレート(以下EMIBF4と記載)が重量比1:1:6から構成される電極膜(膜厚74μm)2枚の間に、ポリフッ化ビニリデン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(Arkema社製、商品名KYNAR2801,以下PVDF−HFPと記載)とEMIBF4が重量比1:1から構成される電解質膜層(膜厚12μm)を挟み、70℃、0.5N/mm2、10分間の条件で加熱圧着を行い、図2に示すようなアクチュエータAを得た(図2)。アクチュエータAの厚みは152μmであった。
比較例1
溶媒キャスト法により作製した膜厚6μmのPVDF−HFP膜からなる積層用部材を、上記アクチュエータA2枚の間に挟み、室温、0.1N/mm2、3分間の条件で圧着を行い積層アクチュエータCを得た。
比較例2
溶媒キャスト法により作製した膜厚6μmのPVDF−HFP膜を上記アクチュエータAに重ね、室温、0.1N/mm2、3分間の条件で圧着を行いアクチュエータD´を得た。上記アクチュエータD´2枚を、PVDF−HFP膜側が対向するように配置し、潤滑油(流動パラフィン)を介して密着させ、積層アクチュエータDを得た。
実施例2
SWNTsとCNH、EMIBF4が重量比1:1:7から構成される電極膜(膜厚80μm)2枚の間に、PVDF−HFPとEMIBF4が重量比1:1から構成される電解質膜層(膜厚12μm)を挟み、70℃、0.5N/mm2、10分間の条件で加熱圧着を行いアクチュエータEを得た。アクチュエータEの厚みは163μmであった。
Claims (5)
- 複数の高分子アクチュエータユニットと1又は複数の絶縁材を備えた積層アクチュエータであって、前記絶縁材は前記高分子アクチュエータユニット間に挟まれ、前記絶縁材は有機ポリマーファイバーの不織布で構成される、積層アクチュエータ。
- 前記有機ポリマーファイバーの平均直径が1000nm未満である、請求項1に記載の積層アクチュエータ。
- 前記有機ポリマーが含フッ素ポリマーである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層アクチュエータ。
- 前記高分子アクチュエータユニットにナノカーボンが含まれる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の積層アクチュエータ。
- 前記高分子アクチュエータユニットが2つの電極層の間に電解質層を挟んだ構造を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の積層アクチュエータ。
