Abstract
【解決手段】電動弁9の電源切断を予告する電源切断信号又はスリープモードへの移行を予告するスリープ移行信号を外部から受信した後に、電動弁9の動作を停止させた状態(現在)の弁開度情報をEEPROM(不揮発性の記憶部)11cに記憶する。電源再投入時又はスリープモードからの復帰時にEEPROM11cに記憶した現在の(直近の)弁開度情報をEEPROM11cから読み出して電動弁9の制御を再開する。

Description
図2は、図1に示される電動弁制御装置11(のマイコン11b)による電源切断時の制御の処理フローを示すフローチャートを示したものである。
上述した実施形態の説明では、電動弁制御装置による電源切断時の制御について説明したが、以下に、電動弁制御装置によるスリープモード移行時の制御に本発明を適用した場合について説明する。なお、電源切断時の制御に関する上記実施形態と同様の構成については同じ符号を付してその説明を省略する。

Claims (9)
- 外部から電源供給を受けて電動弁の弁開度を制御する電動弁制御装置であって、
前記電動弁の電源切断を予告する電源切断信号又はスリープモードへの移行を予告するスリープ移行信号を外部から受信した後に、前記電動弁の動作を停止させた状態の弁開度情報を不揮発性の記憶部に記憶することを特徴とする電動弁制御装置。 - 前記電動弁制御装置は、前記弁開度情報を前記不揮発性の記憶部に記憶すると、電源切断が可能な状態となったことを知らせる電源切断可能信号又はスリープモードへの移行が可能な状態となったことを知らせるスリープ移行許可信号を外部へ送信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁制御装置。
- 前記電動弁制御装置は、前記弁開度情報を記憶した記憶回数を、前記弁開度情報とともに前記不揮発性の記憶部に記憶することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁制御装置。
- 前記電動弁制御装置は、前記弁開度情報及び前記記憶回数を前記不揮発性の記憶部に記憶すると、電源切断が可能な状態となったことを知らせる電源切断可能信号又はスリープモードへの移行が可能な状態となったことを知らせるスリープ移行許可信号を外部へ送信することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動弁制御装置。
- 前記電動弁制御装置は、前記記憶回数が所定の回数を超えた或いは所定の回数以上である場合には、それを知らせる報知信号を外部へ送信することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動弁制御装置。
- 前記電動弁制御装置は、電源が再投入された場合又はスリープモードから復帰する場合、前記不揮発性の記憶部に記憶した弁開度情報に基づいて前記電動弁の制御を再開することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁制御装置。
- 前記電動弁制御装置では、前記電源切断信号の受信、前記スリープ移行信号の受信、前記電源切断可能信号の送信、及び前記スリープ移行許可信号の送信は、LIN通信又はCAN通信で行われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動弁制御装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁制御装置と前記電動弁とが一体として組み立てられたことを特徴とする電動弁装置。
- 電動弁の弁開度を制御する電動弁制御装置であって、
前記電動弁の電源切断前又はスリープモード移行前に前記電動弁の弁開度情報を不揮発性の記憶部に記憶することを特徴とする電動弁制御装置。
