Abstract
【解決手段】ガスエンジンシステムは、ガスエンジンと、ガスエンジンの複数のシリンダを橋架するように延びる排気管と、排気管の一方の端部からガスエンジンのクランクシャフトの軸方向に離れた位置に配置された過給機と、ガスエンジンから排出される排ガス中の未燃燃料ガスを酸化させる触媒を内蔵する触媒コンバータと、ガスエンジンを挟んで過給機と反対側に配置された発電機と、を備え、触媒コンバータは、排気管の排ガス出口から過給機の排ガス入口へ至る流路中に介在し、発電機の上方に配置されている。

Claims (5)
- クランクシャフトおよび前記クランクシャフトの軸方向に配列された複数のシリンダを有するガスエンジンと、
前記複数のシリンダを橋架するように延びる排気管と、
前記排気管の一方の端部から前記クランクシャフトの軸方向に離れた位置に配置された過給機と、
前記ガスエンジンから排出される排ガス中の未燃燃料ガスを酸化させる触媒を内蔵する触媒コンバータと、
前記ガスエンジンを挟んで前記過給機と反対側に配置され、前記クランクシャフトと連結された発電機と、を備え、
前記触媒コンバータは、前記排気管の排ガス出口から前記過給機の排ガス入口へ至る流路中に介在し、前記発電機の上方に配置されている、ガスエンジンシステム。 - 前記排気管には、前記過給機側の一方の端部にバイパス口が設けられており、
前記排ガス出口と前記触媒コンバータとを接続する第1中継管と、
前記触媒コンバータと前記過給機の排ガス入口とを接続する第2中継管と、
前記排気管のバイパス口から前記第2中継管へつながるバイパス管と、
前記第1中継管に設けられた第1バイパス弁と、
前記バイパス管がつながる位置よりも上流側で前記第2中継管に設けられた第2バイパス弁と、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のガスエンジンシステム。 - 前記触媒コンバータは、触媒担持体を収容する筒状の筐体と、前記筐体に向かって拡大する上流側フードと、前記筐体から縮小する下流側フードと、を含み、
前記上流側フードには、前記触媒担持体に向かって水、蒸気または気体を噴射する噴射機構が設けられている、請求項1または2に記載のガスエンジンシステム。 - 前記触媒コンバータは、前記触媒の上流側に、前記触媒の性能を劣化させる物質を吸着可能な吸着材を内蔵する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガスエンジンシステム。
- 前記触媒コンバータには、当該触媒コンバータの温度を検出するための温度センサが設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガスエンジンシステム。
