Claims (3)
- 有孔部材の内周面に当接する検出部と、該検出部で検出した変位を測定する測定部とを備えて前記有孔部材の内周面を検査する検査装置において、
前記検出部が一端側に設けられると共に該一端側と他端側との間の領域に支点を有してベース部に揺動可能に支持される揺動部を有し、
前記測定部は、前記揺動部の前記他端側近傍に配置されるとともに、前記検出部を当接させた状態で前記有孔部材を相対回転させた際に生じる前記揺動部の前記一端側の変位を、前記支点を中心として生じる前記揺動部の前記他端側の変位で測定する検査装置。 - 前記検出部は、前記有孔部材の内周面に当接する第1のローラと第2のローラとを有し、
前記揺動部は、前記第1のローラが前記一端側に設けられる第1の揺動部と、前記第2のローラが前記一端側に設けられる第2の揺動部とを有し、
前記測定部は、前記第1の揺動部の前記他端側と前記第2の揺動部の前記他端側との相対変位を測定する、請求項1記載の検査装置。 - 前記検出部は、前記有孔部材の内周面に当接するローラと、該ローラをベース部に対して直線移動可能に連結するガイド部とを備える請求項1または2記載の検査装置。
