Claims (6)
- ピストンに同軸的に連結されボデイ内を直線摺動するロッドを備えた流体圧シリンダであって、
上記ロッドの側面に上記ロッドの軸線方向に沿って所定の長さを有する凹部が形成され、
上記ボデイの内面から上記凹部に向かって突出し、上記凹部の底面に平面同士で当接する先端面を有する平面軸受が設けられ、
上記凹部は、上記ロッドの軸線方向に延びる側面を有していないことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
非接触型の近接センサが上記平面軸受に隣接して上記ボデイ内に設けられ、上記凹部の軸方向端部を検出するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
上記ロッドは、上記凹部が形成された領域を除いて上記ボデイの嵌合穴に略隙間なく嵌合することによって軸受支持される
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
上記平面軸受の突出量を調整可能な手段を有する
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
上記ボデイには、上記ロッドが上記ボデイから外方に延出する箇所に対応してグリース溜りまたは潤滑油保持部材が設けられている
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
上記ロッドの端部側にワーク位置決めピンが設けられる
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
