Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 基材に対してスパッタリングにより形成されかつ電波を透過可能な金属薄膜を有するレーダカバーの製造方法であって、
樹脂からなる基材を形成する基材形成工程と、
前記基材を乾燥させる乾燥工程と、
乾燥状態の前記基材に対して前記金属薄膜を成膜する成膜工程と
を有することを特徴とするレーダカバーの製造方法。 - 前記乾燥工程は、前記基材を加熱処理する工程であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーダカバーの製造方法。
- 前記乾燥工程にて、前記基材を80℃以上の雰囲気中にて前記加熱処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項2記載のレーダカバーの製造方法。
- 前記乾燥工程は、前記基材を真空乾燥させる工程であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーダカバーの製造方法。
