Abstract

Claims (7)
- 生体管腔内の物体を除去するための医療デバイスであって、
回転可能な管状であり、近位部に開口する導出孔を有する駆動シャフトと、
前記駆動シャフトの遠位側に設けられて前記駆動シャフトとともに回転して物体を切削する切削部と、
遠位部と近位部を有する吸引用管体と、を有し、
前記吸引用管体の遠位部は、前記駆動シャフトの内部に位置し、
前記吸引用管体の近位部は、前記駆動シャフトの外部に位置し、径方向の外側へ離れる方向へ延在する医療デバイス。 - 前記駆動シャフトの前記導出孔が設けられる部位および前記導出孔から導出されている吸引用管体を収容する収容空間を備える操作部を有し、
前記操作部は、外部から前記収容空間へ吸引力を作用させることができる吸引孔を有する請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記導出孔は前記駆動シャフトの側部に位置する請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記吸引用管体は、前記駆動シャフトとともに回転する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記吸引用管体は、近位側へ向かって徐々に前記駆動シャフトから離れる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記吸引用管体は、近位側の開口部に向かって内部の断面積が大きくなるように広がっている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の医療デバイスを使用して生体管腔内の病変部の物体を除去するための処置方法であって、
前記医療デバイスを生体管腔内に挿入するステップと、
前記駆動シャフトにより前記切削部を回転させて生体管腔内の物体を切削し、切削された物体を前記駆動シャフトの内腔に導くステップと、
前記駆動シャフトとともに回転する前記吸引用管体により吸引力を発生させて前記駆動シャフトの内部の物体を吸引するステップと、
前記医療デバイスを生体管腔内から抜去するステップと、を有する処置方法。
