Claims (6)
- 駆動源と、
前記駆動源によって作動する機械要素と、
前記駆動源および前記機械要素を囲むカバーと、
前記カバーの内部の気体を前記カバーの外部に排出する排気ファンとを有する、射出装置。 - 前記機械要素を囲む機械要素カバーと、
前記機械要素カバーの内部の気体を前記機械要素カバーの外部に排出する機械要素冷却ファンとを有し、
前記カバーは、前記駆動源、前記機械要素、前記機械要素カバー、および前記機械要素冷却ファンを囲み、
前記排気ファンは、前記機械要素冷却ファンによって前記機械要素カバーの内部から排出された気体を、前記カバーの外部に排出する、請求項1に記載の射出装置。 - 前記駆動源を囲む駆動源カバーと、
前記駆動源カバーの内部の気体を前記駆動源カバーの外部に排出する駆動源冷却ファンとを有し、
前記カバーは、前記駆動源、前記機械要素、前記駆動源カバー、および前記駆動源冷却ファンを囲み、
前記排気ファンは、前記駆動源冷却ファンによって前記駆動源カバーの内部から排出された気体を、前記カバーの外部に排出する、請求項1または2に記載の射出装置。 - 成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの内部に進退自在に且つ回転自在に配設される射出部材とを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出装置。 - 前記駆動源は、前記射出部材を進退させる射出モータを含み、
前記機械要素は、ねじ軸と前記ねじ軸に螺合するねじナットとを含み、前記射出モータの回転運動を前記射出部材の直線運動に変換し、
前記排気ファンは、鉛直方向および前後方向に対し垂直な方向視で、前記ねじナットの上方に配置される、請求項4に記載の射出装置。 - 前記駆動源は、前記射出部材を回転させる計量モータを含み、
前記排気ファンは、鉛直方向および前後方向に対し垂直な方向視で、前記計量モータの前後両側のうち、前記ねじナット側に配置される、請求項4または5に記載の射出装置。
