Claims (18)
- 蒸気を使用して流体を連続加熱するための装置であって、被加熱流体を源からその使用地点まで循環させる、1つの入口及び1つの出口を有する第1の管状回路と、加熱蒸気を循環させる第2の管状回路と、を備えている装置において、前記第1の管状回路は、両端(5、14)を閉じられた第1の中空円筒体(1)の軸方向長さの少なくとも1つの区分の周りに螺旋状に巻かれている区分(2)を備えており、両端(8、16)を閉じられた第2の中空円筒体(3)が前記第1の円筒体(1)と前記第1の回路の前記螺旋状に巻かれている区分(2)の両方を収納しており、半径方向通路(21)が前記第1の中空円筒体(1)の空洞部と前記第2の中空円筒体(3)の空洞部の間を連通させており、前記第1の中空円筒体(1)と前記第2の中空円筒体(3)と前記半径方向通路(21)は前記第2の管状回路の部分を形成しており、接続手段(7)が前記第1の中空円筒体(1)を前記蒸気源と接続し、接続手段(20)が前記第2の中空円筒体(3)をその外部と接続している、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第1の中空円筒体(1)は、前記第2の中空円筒体(3)の空洞部と連通していて前記第1の管状回路の前記区分(2)の外の前記中空円筒体(1)の軸方向部分に設けられている開口部(28)、を備えている、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置において、前記第1の中空円筒体(1)の周りに螺旋状に巻かれている前記区分(2)は、内径が前記第1の中空円筒体(1)の外径より大きい円筒状螺旋を形成するように巻かれている、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記流体は液体である、装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記液体はミルクである、装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記液体はチョコレートである、装置。
- 請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記流体は液体と気体の混合物である、装置。
- 請求項7に記載の装置において、前記混合物はミルクと空気から成る、装置。
- 請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記第1の管状回路の前記螺旋状に巻かれている区分(2)の直線長さは700から1700の範囲にある、ということを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記第1の管状回路の少なくとも前記の円筒状螺旋へと巻かれている管状区分(2)の内径は2mmから3.6mmの範囲にある、ということを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記第1の管状回路の少なくとも前記の円筒状螺旋へと巻かれている管状区分(2)の外径は2.4mmから4.0mmの範囲にある、ということを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から請求項11の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記第1の中空円筒体(1)と前記第2の中空円筒体(3)の間を連通させる前記半径方向通路(21)の幾つかは、軸方向には、前記第1の管状回路の前記の円筒状螺旋へと巻かれている区分(2)に配列されている、装置。
- 請求項1から請求項12の何れか一項に記載の装置において、当該装置は前記加熱流体の流れを調整するための手段を備えている、ということを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項13に記載の装置において、前記加熱流体の流れを調整するための前記手段は加熱流体給送ダクト(7)に設置されている可変流量弁を備えている、装置。
- 請求項13に記載の装置において、前記加熱流体の流れを調整するための前記手段は前記半径方向通路(21、21b)の少なくとも1つの群を閉じるための手段(29、33)を備えている、装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置において、前記半径方向通路(21)の少なくとも1つの群(21a)を閉じるための前記手段は、前記第1の中空円筒体(1)をその閉鎖端(5)に形成されている専用開口部を貫いて通り抜けている第3の中空円筒体(29)を備えており、前記第3の円筒体(29)は、前記第1の中空円筒体(1)の外部に位置する閉鎖端(30)と前記第1の円筒体(1)の内部に位置していてその空洞部と連通している開口端(31)を有し、前記第3の円筒体(29)は、前記第1の円筒体(1)の空洞部に対して半径方向のシール(32)と一体に伸縮式に滑動し、前記半径方向シール(32)と前記第3の円筒体が貫いて通り抜けている前記第1の円筒体(1)の前記閉鎖端(5)との間で前記の閉じられたままにされるべき半径方向通路(21a)の数に従って軸方向位置を取ることができ、前記第1の中空円筒体(1)を前記蒸気源と接続するための前記接続手段(7)は前記第3の中空円筒体(29)の前記閉鎖端(30)によって担持されていて当該第3の中空円筒体(29)の中へ開口している、ということを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項13に記載の装置において、前記加熱流体の流れを調整するための前記手段は、前記加熱流体流れを通過搬送させなくてはならない開口部(21b1、21b2、21b3、21b4)の群(A、B、C、D)を選択するための手段を備えている、装置。
- 請求項17に記載の装置において、前記加熱流体流れを通過搬送させなくてはならない開口部(21b1、21b2、21b3、21b4)の群(A、B、C、D)を選択するための前記手段は、前記中空円筒体(1)の壁に形成されている開口部(21b1、21b2、21b3、21b4)の複数の群(A、B、C、D)であって、当該開口部は各群内でそれぞれの螺旋分散に従って配列されている、開口部の複数の群、前記円筒体1内に同軸に収納されていてその中で角変位を被る第3の管状円筒体(33)、前記第3の管状体の壁に形成されている一連の窓(35b1、35b2、35b3、及び35b4)であって角度が互いから90°オフセットされていて開口部(21b1、21b2、21b3、21b4)のそれぞれの群(A、B、C、D)と同じ高さに位置決めできるように軸方向に離間されている一連の窓、を備えている、ということを特徴とする装置。
