Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及使用蒸汽连续加热流体或液体和气体的混合物的装置,其包括第一管状流路和第二管状流路,第一管状流路具有一个入口和一个出口,待加热流体或气体和液体的混合物在第一管状流路中流通,加热蒸汽在第二管状流路中流通。
特别地,待加热的液体可以是奶或巧克力,并且具有气体的混合物优选地为空气发泡的奶。
如本文所用,术语连续加热旨在表示以如下方式执行的加热:在待加热流体和加热流体这两个流体分别在其各自的流路中顺流或逆流地流过装置的同时执行加热。
背景技术
在现有技术中,例如在EP 0485350中公开的,由管状导管形成的其中流通待加热流体的流路置于同样由管状导管形成的其中蒸汽流通的流路内,并且在形成流路的管状元件的壁之间通过对流且主要通过传导发生热交换,流体在流路中流动。
尽管如此,该技术方案还是具有如下功能上的缺点:沿着导管形成的蒸汽冷凝物不能容易地从蒸汽流移除,因为在该技术方案中,该流迫使冷凝物沿着其中流动有待加热的液体的导管的外周移动并且将容易造成冷凝物朝导管的上部积聚。
冷凝物的存在产生了降低热交换的绝热效果,并且不能确保液体在加热期间保持恒定温度。
此外,随着冷凝物由于重力而掉落,蒸汽流入口可能被堵塞,并且导致不规则流动。
US 2014/0299001 A1中公开了不同的装置,然而仍需要将加热流体(即蒸汽)的一部分引入待加热流体。根据该装置,用于蒸汽的流的管状导管同心地置于用于待加热流体的流的管状导管内,并且沿着用于蒸汽的流的管状导管的轴向延伸配置且通向待加热流体的导管的多个径向孔布置于蒸汽导管的壁中。
该已知的加热装置的技术涉及将水加入到待加热液体中从而稀释待加热液体的缺点。
如果加热的液体是奶或提供发泡奶的奶和空气的混合物,则该缺点是特别显著的。
事实上,通过节流在加热期间蒸汽对牛奶和空气流的撞击被认为是不能实现高度紧密泡沫的原因,由于蒸汽分子对牛奶和空气的混合物中的空气分子的动力学影响,这在冷发泡中是典型的。
此外,奶中的蛋白质含量的稀释降低了其形成泡沫的能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供在不允许蒸汽与待加热流体混合的情况下使用蒸汽连续加热流体的装置,由此避免了与蒸汽中的水分子关联的动力学影响,并且避免了这种影响对牛奶和空气的混合物的后果。
另一目的是在不拆卸装置的情况下允许冷凝的液体的移除,由此便于清洁装置的组件并且确保高效和规则的加热。
另外,根据装置的替代实施方式,本发明的另一目的是允许依据需要并且根据待加热流体的流量以及流体本身的性质和组成来调节加热强度。
如以下更好地说明的这些和其它目的通过本发明的连续加热装置来实现。

具体实施方式
参照以上附图,根据如图2的纵向截面所示的实施方式的加热装置包括第一中空筒状体1和管状部分2,管状部分2绕着所述第一中空筒状体的轴向长度的至少一部分螺旋状地缠绕。
优选地,螺旋状缠绕部由外径从2.4mm到4.0mm且内径从2.0mm到3.6mm的钢或铜管构成。
缠绕成筒状螺旋的部分是用于待加热流体的流的第一管状流路的一部分,该待加热流体特别地是添加或不添加空气的奶,并且缠绕成筒状螺旋的部分优选但不限于延伸700mm到1700mm的长度。
优选地,限定绕着第一中空筒状体1缠绕的部分2的筒状形状具有比所述第一中空筒状体1的外径大的内径,并且该筒状形状与所述第一中空筒状体1形成间隙2a。

对于各窗口,各增量调节间隔对应于增加相等数量的开启的通路21b。
结果,蒸汽的流仅输送到与对应的面对的窗口连通的通路,而其它所有通路均封闭。
为了更容易地选择窗口35b1、35b2、35b3和35b4的角位置因而更容易地选择筒状体1内的蒸汽扩散,在管状体33的端部34设置标有数字的环形螺母36。管状体33的角位移可以手动地获得,或可选地还可以借助于马达获得,通过CPU的编程控制选择位移量。
从以上将理解的是,本发明的加热装置能够提供待加热流体的编程加热,并且还实现了使用蒸汽本身有效地移除冷凝物的目的,蒸汽沿着用于待加热流体的导管流动,由此确保装置的高功能性。
Claims (18)
1.一种使用蒸汽连续加热流体的装置,其包括:
蒸汽源;
第一中空筒状体,其与所述蒸汽源流体连通,所述第一中空筒状体包括由在两个端部处封闭的第一筒状壁形成的第一腔;
第二中空筒状体,其与所述第一中空筒状体流体连通,所述第二中空筒状体包括由在两个端部处封闭的第二筒状壁形成的第二腔;
管,其绕着所述第一中空筒状体螺旋缠绕,并且包括入口和出口,所述管和所述第一中空筒状体被接收在所述第二中空筒状体的第二腔中并且与所述第二中空筒状体同轴地对齐;
多个径向通路,其延伸通过所述第一中空筒状体的第一筒状壁的第一部分并且与所述第一中空筒状体的第一腔和所述第二中空筒状体的第二腔流体连通;
第一连接器,其与所述第一中空筒状体的第一腔和所述蒸汽源流体连通;
第二连接器,其与所述第二中空筒状体的第二腔和外部环境流体连通;
第一流路,其包括通过所述管从所述管的入口到所述管的出口的第一流动路径;以及
第二流路,其包括从所述蒸汽源通过所述第一连接器、通过所述第一中空筒状体的第一腔、通过所述多个径向通路并且通过所述第二中空筒状体的第二腔到所述第二连接器的第二流动路径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一中空筒状体包括通孔,所述通孔延伸通过所述第一中空筒状体的第一筒状壁的与所述第一腔和所述第二腔流体连通的第二部分,所述通孔与所述多个径向通路间隔开并且被定位为靠近所述第二连接器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述管是单个管,所述单个管以如下筒状螺旋配置:所述筒状螺旋的内径大于所述第一中空筒状体的外径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一流路被构造为沿着所述第一流动路径输送流体,所述流体是液体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述液体是奶。
6.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述液体是巧克力。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述流体是液体和气体的混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述液体和气体的混合物包括奶和空气。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述管的螺旋状缠绕的部分的线性长度处于700mm到1700mm之间。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述管的内径处于2mm到3.6mm之间,所述管为筒状螺旋。
11.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述管的外径处于2.4mm到4.0mm之间,所述管为筒状螺旋。
12.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述管为筒状螺旋并且所述多个径向通路中的至少一个径向通路与所述筒状螺旋的曲线轴向地对齐。
13.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
流体流控制装置,其被构造为调整沿着所述第二流路的第二流动路径的加热蒸汽的流。
14.根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述流体流控制装置为与所述第一连接器和所述蒸汽源流体连通的可变流量阀。
15.根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述流体流控制装置为第三中空筒状体,所述第三中空筒状体被接收在所述第一中空筒状体的第一腔中并且被构造为封闭所述多个径向通路中的至少一组径向通路。
16.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三中空筒状体通过形成于所述第一中空筒状体的一个封闭的端部的特定开口插入所述第一中空筒状体,所述第三中空筒状体具有位于所述第一中空筒状体的外部的封闭的端部以及位于所述第一中空筒状体的内部的且与所述第一中空筒状体的第一腔流体连通的开启的端部,所述第三中空筒状体包括相对于所述第一中空筒状体的第一腔的径向密封件,所述第三中空筒状体被构造为沿着所述第一中空筒状体的第一腔可伸缩地滑动以封闭在所述径向密封件与所述第一中空筒状体的封闭的端部之间的所选择的数量的所述多个径向通路,其中所述第三中空筒状体插入通过所述第一中空筒状体,所述第一连接器由所述第三中空筒状体的封闭的端部承载并且通向所述第三中空筒状体的封闭的端部。
17.根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述流体流控制装置包括具有开口的第三管状筒状体,所述开口被构造为输送流体通过所述多个径向通路的所选择的通路的组。
18.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一中空筒状体的壁中的所述多个径向通路被配置成组,其中各组具有不同的螺旋分布,并且第三管状筒状体同轴地容纳在所述第一中空筒状体中并且被构造为在所述第一中空筒状体中转动,所述第三管状筒状体的开口以彼此90°的角偏移且轴向地间隔开,使得所述第三管状筒状体的开口被构造为与相应的通路的组对齐。
