Claims (6)
- ボイラーで燃焼される排気ガスの熱エネルギーを回収して、水を加熱させる廃熱回収熱交換器において、
排気ガス流入口が形成された下部板と、
前記排気ガス流入口に対向する位置に、排気ガス排出口が形成された上部板と、
複数の貫通孔である一側の貫通孔が形成された第1側板と、
前記第1側板に対向するプレート板として、前記一側の貫通孔に対向する位置に、複数の貫通孔である他側の貫通孔が形成された第2側板と、
前記第1側板と前記第2側板とを連結する第3側板及び第4側板と、
流体が流れるチタンの材質のチューブ管であって、前記一側の貫通孔と前記一側の貫通孔に対向する前記他側の貫通孔との間を、それぞれ平行に連結する複数の熱交換チューブと、
前記第1側板と前記第2側板とにそれぞれ設置された流体混合用ヘッダーと、を含んで、
前記熱交換チューブは、一端が前記一側の貫通孔に挿入された後に拡管されて、前記第1側板に固定され、他端が前記他側の貫通孔に挿入された後に拡管されて、前記第2側板に固定され、
ボイラーの容量に応じて流体が供給される前記熱交換チューブが、複数のセクションにグルーピングされていることを特徴とする廃熱回収熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の廃熱回収熱交換器を製造する廃熱回収熱交換器の製造方法であって、
前記下部板に、排気ガス流入口を形成する排気ガス流入口の形成段階と、
前記上部板の、前記排気ガス流入口に対向する位置に排気ガス排出口を形成する排気ガス排出口の形成段階と、
複数の貫通孔である一側の貫通孔を、前記第1側板に複数形成する一側の貫通孔の形成段階と、
前記第2側板の、前記一側の貫通孔に対向する位置に、複数の貫通孔である他側の貫通孔を複数形成する他側の貫通孔の形成段階と、
複数の貫通孔である一側の貫通孔が形成された前記第1側板に、チタンの材質の熱交換チューブの一端を拡管して固定する熱交換チューブの一端拡管の固定段階と、
前記一側の貫通孔に対向する位置に、複数の貫通孔である他側の貫通孔が形成された前記第2側板に、前記熱交換チューブの他端を拡管して固定させる熱交換チューブの他端拡管の固定段階と、
前記下部板、前記上部板、前記第1側板、前記第2側板、前記第3側板及び前記第4側板を互いに結合させる段階と、を含むことを特徴とする廃熱回収熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記熱交換チューブの一端拡管の固定段階は、
複数の貫通孔である一側の貫通孔が形成された前記第1側板に、チタンの材質の熱交換チューブの一端を挿入する段階と、
前記一端の内部に所定の大きさの拡管圧力をかけて、熱交換チューブの一端の周縁を拡張させることにより、一端の外径が、前記一側の貫通孔の周縁を加圧して固定させる段階と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の廃熱回収熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記熱交換チューブの他端拡管の固定段階は、
前記一側の貫通孔に対向する位置に、複数の貫通孔である他側の貫通孔が形成された前記第2側板に、前記熱交換チューブの他端を挿入する段階と、
前記他端の内部に所定の大きさの拡管圧力をかけて、熱交換チューブの他端の周縁を拡張させることにより、他端の外径が前記他側の貫通孔の周縁を加圧して固定させる段階と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の廃熱回収熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記熱交換チューブの一端拡管の固定段階と前記熱交換チューブの他端拡管の固定段階は、同一の熱交換チューブを対象とし、同一の拡管圧力によって、同時に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の廃熱回収熱交換器の製造方法。
- 前記第1側板と第2側板は、金属鉄板の材質であって、前記熱交換チューブの一端拡管と他端拡管の固定段階では、前記金属鉄板の変形を起こす変形圧力より低い圧力を持つ拡管圧力で、加圧することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の廃熱回収熱交換器の製造方法。
