Abstract

Claims (4)
- 密閉型圧縮機のシリンダキャップに冷媒流体排出管を結合するために、より詳細には、圧縮機のシリンダキャップ(2)の中に少なくとも1つの排出管(1)との間の連結を促進するために、システム内に導入される改良であって、
排出管(1)と協働する周辺フラップ(12)をその端部の一端部に備え付ける管状本体(11)を備える少なくとも1つの結合装置(10)と、
少なくとも1つの結合装置(10)と協働する少なくとも1つのチャネル(21)を備えるシリンダキャップ(2)と、
シリンダキャップ(2)と協働する結合装置(10)、および排出管(1)と協働する結合装置(10)という、2つの境界面上に塗布される少なくとも1つの封止材料層と、
を備え、
結合装置(10)と協働する排出管(1)の端部が、円錐形状を含み、
排出管(1)と結合装置(10)との間の協働が、干渉によって生成され、
結合装置(10)と協働する排出管(1)の全表面が圧延部であり、
結合装置(10)とシリンダキャップ(2)のチャネル(21)との間の協働が、干渉によって生成され、
結合装置(10)が、以下の材料、すなわち鋼、アルミニウム合金、または鋼もしくはアルミニウムを含む金属合金の少なくとも1つを用いて製造されることを特徴とする、改良。 - 封止材料が接着材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の改良。
- 密閉型圧縮機のシリンダキャップに冷媒流体排出管を結合することを実施する方法であって、その方法が、請求項1からXまでのいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの結合装置を採用することを特徴とし、
排出管(1)の端部で圧延を実施するステップ(200)と、
干渉によって、結合装置(10)に排出管(1)を連結する事前組立てステップ(210)と、
排出管(1)がシリンダキャップ(2)内部に存在する停止部(22)に達するまで、シリンダキャップ(2)のチャネル(21)を通して、事前に組み立てられた排出管(1)と結合装置(10)との組合せを配置するステップ(220)と、
結合装置(10)の周辺フラップ(12)に適合された装置によって加えられる圧力によって、シリンダキャップ(2)のチャネル(21)に結合装置(10)を連結するステップ(230)と、
結合装置(10)がシリンダキャップ(2)と協働し、および結合装置(10)が排出管(1)と協働する、2つの境界面上に少なくとも1つの封止材料層を塗布するステップ(240)と、
封止材料の漂白を促進するために、紫外線などを当てるステップ(250)と、
を含む、方法。 - 管(1)が雌型結合装置(10)と協働するために、雄型連結要素を形成することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
