Abstract
Description
(1)細胞塊に対して近赤外光を含む測定光を照射することにより、当該細胞塊における当該測定光に対する吸光度の分布に係る情報を含む光強度分布情報を取得する取得工程と、
前記取得工程において取得された前記光強度分布情報に基づいて、前記細胞塊の品質を評価する評価工程と、
を有する品質評価方法
である。
(2)細胞塊に対して近赤外光を含む測定光を照射する光源と、
前記光源からの前記測定光の照射によって出射される前記細胞塊からの透過光又は拡散反射光を受光することで当該細胞塊における当該測定光に対する吸光度の分布に係る情報光強度分布情報を取得する受光部と、
前記受光部において受光された前記光強度分布情報に基づいて、前記細胞塊の品質を評価する分析部と、
を有する品質評価装置
である。
最初に本願発明の実施態様を列記して説明する。
(1)細胞塊に対して近赤外光を含む測定光を照射することにより、当該細胞塊における当該測定光に対する吸光度の分布に係る情報を含む光強度分布情報を取得する取得工程と、前記取得工程において取得された前記光強度分布情報に基づいて、前記細胞塊の品質を評価する評価工程と、を有する。
(4)細胞塊に対して近赤外光を含む測定光を照射する光源と、前記光源からの前記測定光の照射によって出射される前記細胞塊からの透過光又は拡散反射光を受光することで当該細胞塊における当該測定光に対する吸光度の分布に係る情報光強度分布情報を取得する受光部と、前記受光部において受光された前記光強度分布情報に基づいて、前記細胞塊の品質を評価する分析部と、を有する。
本発明に係る品質評価方法及び品質評価装置の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内での全ての変更が含まれることが意図される。
Claims (4)
- 細胞塊に対して近赤外光を含む測定光を照射することにより、当該細胞塊における当該測定光に対する吸光度の分布に係る情報を含む光強度分布情報を取得する取得工程と、
前記取得工程において取得された前記光強度分布情報に基づいて、前記細胞塊の品質を評価する評価工程と、
を有する品質評価方法。 - 前記評価工程において、前記光強度分布情報に含まれる前記細胞塊の位置に応じた光強度の情報を画像化した上で品質を評価する請求項1に記載の品質評価方法。
- 前記評価工程において、前記光強度分布情報に含まれる前記細胞塊の位置に応じた光強度の情報に含まれる数値を利用して品質を評価する請求項1に記載の品質評価方法。
- 細胞塊に対して近赤外光を含む測定光を照射する光源と、
前記光源からの前記測定光の照射によって出射される前記細胞塊からの透過光又は拡散反射光を受光することで当該細胞塊における当該測定光に対する吸光度の分布に係る情報光強度分布情報を取得する受光部と、
前記受光部において受光された前記光強度分布情報に基づいて、前記細胞塊の品質を評価する分析部と、
を有する品質評価装置。
