Description

The present invention relates to a mooring apparatus for mooring a ship on a quay, and more particularly to a ship mooring apparatus that prevents an unexpected drift of a ship even when the sea level rises abnormally due to the occurrence of a large tsunami or the like.

Ships that have entered the port for berthing are anchored with mooring ropes such as ropes and wire ropes attached to mooring pillars protruding from the quay or pier, and the berthing is prevented. Generally, a berthing facility such as a quay is designed to have a height that does not hinder passengers on the ship and unload cargo even when the water level changes due to sea level rise and fall according to the tidal range. Further, even when a large wave hits the quay, such as when a tide and a typhoon overlap, there is no problem in berthing of a vessel moored by a mooring rope on the mooring column. In addition, fenders are attached to the berthing facility so that the ship and the berthing facility are not damaged.

By the way, in recent years, a great tsunami that far exceeded expectations due to the occurrence of a major earthquake has occurred, and it is a new memory. When the sea level abnormally rises due to such a large tsunami or the like, the ship moored to the mooring column by the mooring rope rises as the sea level rises. If the sea level rises more than expected, there is a risk that the ship will capsize.

2 and 3 show a state in which the ship S is stopped by a mooring rope 22 on a mooring column 21 provided on the quay G. FIG. 2 shows a normal state, and the ship S also moves up and down in response to the rise and fall of the sea level L due to tides, but the height of the quay G does not cause any problems in getting on and off the ship S or handling cargo. Has been. On the other hand, when the sea level L rises to an unexpected height due to a storm or a large tsunami and far exceeds the height of the quay G, the ship S is at sea level L as shown in FIG. Ascends and rises above the height of the quay G. The mooring rope 22 has a length sufficient to maintain the state where the ship S is berthing, so that when the sea level L rises abnormally, it is between the mooring column 21 and the sea level L. May be longer than the length of the mooring rope 22. In such a case, as shown in FIG. 3, the ship S may be restrained by the mooring rope 22, and the anchor side on which the mooring rope 22 is hooked may be drawn and overturned. In addition, the tensioned mooring rope 22 may break, and the ship S may be carried by the tsunami and drifted, or carried by the land and stranded.

As a vessel mooring device for preventing ship capsize when the sea level rises abnormally, in a vessel mooring device that connects a ship that has berthed and a mooring column by a mooring rope, the base of the mooring column that links the mooring rope is accommodated. A holding hole is formed in the quay wall, a receiving hole continuous with the holding hole is formed, an extension material is received in the receiving hole, and a distal end portion of the extension material is fixed to a base portion of the mooring column, and the extension material The base end of the base is fixed to an arbitrary part, and the length of the extension member extending from the quay is made larger than the distance between the sea level rising to an abnormal height and the quay. A ship mooring device has been proposed in which holding means for holding the base of the mooring column is provided in the holding hole, and when seawater enters the holding hole, the holding means is released to free the mooring column. (See Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2015-38274

In the ship mooring device disclosed in Patent Document 1, since one end of the mooring rope fixed to the ship is hooked to the mooring column, the mooring rope may come off from the mooring column depending on the behavior of the sea surface during abnormal rise. There is a risk that the ship drifts.

In addition, since the structure in which the holding means is released by intrusion of seawater is adopted, for example, when the sea level is abnormally rising such as a tsunami, the invaded seawater behaves violently and the release of the holding means is released. May prevent it. On the other hand, if the holding force by the holding means is reduced so that it can be easily released by the intrusion of seawater, the holding means will be inadvertently released in the event that a storm wave such as a typhoon hits the quay. There is a risk that the ship will leave the quay.

Therefore, the present invention prevents as much as possible that a ship moored on the quay at the time of an abnormal rise in tide level such as a tsunami, is restrained by the mooring rope and overturns, or that the mooring rope drifts away from the mooring column. It aims at providing the ship mooring apparatus which can do.

As a technical means for achieving the above object, a ship mooring apparatus according to the present invention is a ship mooring apparatus for connecting a ship berthing and a mooring column disposed on a quay by a mooring rope, at a suitable position on the quay. The base end is hooked, the tip is linked to the mooring column and the extension rope is locked, and the mooring column is restrained in a state of being engaged with the mooring column, and is detached from the mooring column. An engagement member which is free to the mooring column and is provided so as to be detachable from the mooring column, an engagement member actuating means for moving the engagement member at least in a direction to be detached from the mooring column, and an abnormal sea level A water level detecting means for detecting a water level, and when the sea level rises abnormally and the water level detecting means detects an abnormal water level, the engaging member actuating means is operated to disengage the engaging member from the mooring column. Let the mooring column free It is characterized in.

When the sea level rises abnormally due to the arrival of a large tsunami, the abnormal water level is detected by the water level detection means. When the signal related to the abnormal water level is sent from the water level detecting means to the engaging member actuating means, the engaging member actuating means is actuated to disengage the engaging member from the mooring column and restrain the mooring column. Cancel and leave free. Raising the sea level raises the moored vessel, so the mooring column connected to the vessel with the mooring rope is pulled up. At this time, since the mooring column is in a free state, the mooring column is pulled up as the ship rises. Since the extension rope is hooked on the mooring column, the extension rope is allowed to extend and the mooring column is pulled up, preventing the ship from falling and preventing the ship from drifting.

Further, the ship mooring device according to the invention of claim 2 is a ship mooring device for connecting a ship berthing and a mooring column arranged on the quay by a mooring rope, and a base end portion is hooked at an appropriate position on the quay. An extension rope whose front end is connected to the mooring column and hooked, a casing for housing the mooring column, an engaging member provided on the mooring column so as to be detachable from the casing, and the engaging member At least in the direction of detachment from the casing, and a water level detection means for detecting an abnormal water level on the sea surface. When the sea level rises abnormally and the water level detection means detects the abnormal water level Further, the engaging member actuating means is operated to disengage the engaging member from the casing, thereby freeing the mooring column.

When the sea level rises abnormally, the abnormal water level is detected by the water level detection means, and the engagement member is detached from the casing and the mooring column is made free by the operation of the engagement member operation means. When the ship rises with an abnormal water level, the mooring column separates from the casing and rises with the ship via the mooring rope. Since the extension rope is hooked on the mooring column, the extension rope is pulled out and extended. This prevents the ship from falling and drifting.

Further, the marine mooring device according to the invention of claim 3 is characterized in that a rope accommodating portion for accommodating the extension rope is provided in a lower portion of the casing.

For example, the extension rope can be provided with a storage box or the like on the quay, but is provided with a storage portion in the lower part of the casing. Since there are no protrusions such as storage boxes on the quay, work on the quay is not hindered.

A ship mooring device according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that a buoyancy chamber is provided to increase buoyancy acting on the mooring column.

By providing a buoyancy chamber such as an air chamber in a part of the mooring column, the buoyancy acting on the mooring column is increased, and the mooring column is raised smoothly. Moreover, it can also be set as the structure which ensures buoyancy as a buoyancy chamber by incorporating a polystyrene foam etc. in a part of mooring pillar.

Further, the marine mooring device according to the invention of claim 5 is characterized in that the casing is embedded in a quay.

A ship mooring device requires a mooring column installed on the quay, but if the mooring column is detached from the quay at an abnormal water level, the structure that restrains the mooring column on a quay is normal. However, it is possible to eliminate the structure that obstructs the work from the quay by embedding it.

According to the ship mooring apparatus according to the present invention, when it is detected that the sea level has risen abnormally and become an abnormal water level, the mooring column becomes free, so that the mooring column also rises with the rise of the vessel. Since the extension rope is hooked on the mooring column, the extension rope is pulled out and regulated by the extension rope, so that the ship's capsizing and drifting are prevented, and the ship's Safety can be ensured.

Further, according to the ship mooring device according to the invention of claim 2, since the structure in which the mooring column is accommodated in the casing can be installed on the quay, the installation of the mooring device becomes simple. Further, the engaging member can be arranged on the casing side to be engaged with or disengaged from the mooring column. However, the engaging member is arranged on the mooring column to be engaged with or disengaged from the casing. is there. When disposing the engaging member in the casing, the moving space of the engaging member will be provided on the casing side, for example, this moving space will be secured by expanding to the side of the casing, The casing is enlarged, and the installation space for the mooring device is increased. For this reason, an engagement member is provided on the side of the mooring column, and a moving space is secured inside the mooring column.

Moreover, according to the marine mooring apparatus according to the invention of claim 3, since the extension rope is accommodated in the rope accommodating portion at the lower part of the casing, the extension rope does not interfere with work on the quay at normal times.

Further, according to the ship mooring device according to the invention of claim 4, since the mooring column actively ascends, the extension rope is pulled out smoothly, the tension of the extension rope does not become resistance, and the rise of the ship Is done smoothly.

It is a schematic sectional drawing explaining the structure of the ship mooring apparatus which concerns on this invention. It is the schematic which shows the state where the ship was moored at the berthing facility by the conventional mooring apparatus. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a state in which the sea surface is in an abnormal water level due to an attack of a large tsunami or the like in the state illustrated in FIG. 2.

Hereinafter, the ship mooring apparatus according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the illustrated preferred embodiments.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic structure of a ship mooring apparatus 1 according to the present invention, which is installed on a quay G that is a berthing facility of a ship. The quay G is formed with a recess for accommodating the ship mooring device 1, and the casing 2 is embedded in the recess. In the casing 2, an upper flange portion 2b and a lower flange portion 2c are formed on the upper and lower portions of the casing main body 2a formed in a cylindrical shape. The upper surface of the upper flange portion 2b is substantially coincident with the upper surface of the quay wall G. A bush member 3 is fitted inside the casing 2, and the bush member 3 is provided with a bottom plate 3 a having a surface substantially coinciding with the lower surface of the lower flange 2 c of the casing 2. The lower part of the mooring column 4 is accommodated in the bush member 3.

The mooring column 4 is provided with a rope tying portion 4a to which a mooring rope is tied at an upper portion, and the rope tying portion 4a protrudes from the upper surface of the quay G. An engaging member driving device 5 serving as an engaging member actuating means is accommodated below the rope linking portion 4a of the mooring column 4, and the engaging member 6 is connected to the mooring column 4 by the engaging member driving device 5. It seems to invade from the side. For the operation to be described later, it is sufficient that the engaging member 6 can move at least from the protruding state to the direction of being buried inside the mooring column 4. In order to confirm the operation periodically in order to ensure, it is preferable that the engaging member 6 can be driven to either the engaged or disengaged state. Further, a through hole 3b and a through hole 2d into which the engaging member 6 is inserted are formed in each of the bush member 3 and the casing body 2a. An air chamber 4b is provided as a buoyancy chamber below the engaging member driving device 5. Further, a rope accommodating portion 7 in which the extension rope 8 is accommodated is provided at the lower portion of the casing 2.

A mooring column side latching portion 4d is attached to the lower surface of the bottom plate 4c of the mooring column 4, and this mooring column side latching portion 4d is loosely inserted into a through hole 3c formed in the bottom plate 3a of the bush member 3. Thus, the mooring column side latching portion 4d is protruded from the rope accommodating portion 7.

A fixed side latching portion 9 is fixed to the bottom surface of the rope housing portion 7. The extension rope 8 has a base end portion fixed to the fixed side latching portion 9 and a distal end portion fixed to the mooring column side latching portion 4c.

The engagement member driving device 5 is connected to a water level detection means (not shown) that is installed at an appropriate position and detects that the sea level has risen above a predetermined height as an abnormal water level via a cable 10. The engagement member driving device 5 is operated by an abnormal water level signal that is output when an abnormal water level is detected by the water level detection means, and is embedded in the engagement member 6 mooring column 4 in a protruding state. Move to. The transmission of the abnormal water level signal to the engagement member driving device 5 may be an electrical signal. However, for example, the engagement member driving device 5 may be operated by an air cylinder, and a structure in which operating air is supplied may be used. Absent.

Further, a flange portion 4e is provided at a lower portion of the rope linking portion 4a of the mooring column 4 and is placed on the upper flange portion 2b of the casing 2 in a state where the mooring column 4 is accommodated in the casing 2. The The upper flange portion 2b and the flange portion 4e sandwich the seal member 11 to prevent water from entering the gap formed between the casing 2, the bush member 3, and the mooring column 4.

In the ship mooring device 1 configured as described above, when the ship berths for anchoring, the mooring rope extended from the ship is tied to the rope tying portion 4 a of the mooring column 4. During normal times, the sea level rises and falls at a position lower than the upper surface of the quay G due to tidal waves and waves, and boarding and unloading and cargo handling with respect to the ship are performed stably. Further, even when the tension related to the mooring rope is changed due to the behavior of the ship, the mooring column 4 is not detached from the casing 2 because the engaging member 6 is engaged with the casing 2. For this reason, the state where the ship was moored at the quay G via the mooring rope is maintained in normal times, like a normal mooring column.

When the ship rises above the quay G along with the sea level that rises abnormally due to a large tsunami, this abnormal water level is detected by the water level detection means (not shown), and the detection signal is detected by the engagement member driving device 5. Is sent out. When this abnormal water level detection signal is received, the engaging member driving device 5 is operated to move the engaging member 6 in a direction to be buried in the mooring column 4. As a result, the engagement member 6 is disengaged from the casing 2 and the bush member 3, so that the mooring column 4 becomes free and is pulled out of the casing 2. Since the tip end portion of the extension rope 8 is fixed to the mooring column 4, the extension rope 8 is pulled out from the rope accommodating portion 7 as the ship rises and moves. Since the base end portion of the extension rope 8 is fixed to the fixed side hooking portion 9 fixed to the bottom surface of the rope accommodating portion 7, the extension rope 8 does not detach from the quay G. For this reason, the behavior of the ship is regulated within the range of the length of the extension rope 3, and by making the length of the extension rope 3 appropriate, the ship can be prevented from overturning and drifting, and the ship Is allowed to move up and down.

Further, since the air chamber 4b is provided in the mooring column 4, the buoyancy acting on the mooring column 4 is increased, and the mooring column 4 is surely lifted upward and detached from the casing 2. For example, when the ship is moving and trying to pull up the mooring column 4, if the mooring column 4 is lifted obliquely upward, it may interfere with detachment from the casing 2, but it will be lifted by receiving buoyancy. By doing so, it can be reliably detached from the casing 2.

In the ship mooring device according to the present invention, the abnormal water level is detected by the rise of the ship due to the abnormal rise of the sea level, and the mooring column is allowed to be released by releasing the restraint of the mooring column by the detection signal. As well as allowing the vessel to rise and move, it can prevent the capsizing and drifting of the ship, thus contributing to the prevention of unexpected damage.
