Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mooring apparatus for mooring a ship on a quay, and more particularly to a ship mooring apparatus that prevents an unexpected drift of a ship even when the sea level rises abnormally due to the occurrence of a tsunami or the like.
Ships that have entered the port for berthing are anchored with mooring ropes such as ropes and wire ropes attached to mooring pillars protruding from the quay or pier, and the berthing is prevented. Generally, a berthing facility such as a quay is designed to have a height that does not hinder passengers on the ship and unload cargo even when the water level changes due to sea level rise and fall according to the tidal range. Further, even when a large wave hits the quay, such as when a tide and a typhoon overlap, there is no problem in berthing of a vessel moored by a mooring rope on the mooring column. In addition, fenders are attached to the berthing facility so that the ship and the berthing facility are not damaged.
By the way, in recent years, a tsunami far exceeding expectations has occurred due to the occurrence of a major earthquake, and it is a new memory. When the sea level abnormally rises due to such a tsunami or the like, the ship moored to the mooring column by the mooring rope rises as the sea level rises. If the sea level rises more than expected, there is a risk that the ship will capsize.
8 and 9 show a state where the ship S is stopped by the
As a vessel mooring device for preventing ship capsize when the sea level rises abnormally, in a vessel mooring device that connects a ship that has berthed and a mooring column by a mooring rope, the base of the mooring column that links the mooring rope is accommodated. A holding hole is formed in the quay wall, a receiving hole continuous with the holding hole is formed, an extension material is received in the receiving hole, and a distal end portion of the extension material is fixed to a base portion of the mooring column, and the extension material The base end of the base is fixed to an arbitrary part, and the length of the extension member extending from the quay is made larger than the distance between the sea level rising to an abnormal height and the quay. A ship mooring device has been proposed in which holding means for holding the base of the mooring column is provided in the holding hole, and when seawater enters the holding hole, the holding means is released to free the mooring column. (See Patent Document 1).
In the ship mooring device disclosed in Patent Document 1, since one end of the mooring rope fixed to the ship is hooked to the mooring column, the mooring rope may come off from the mooring column depending on the behavior of the sea surface during abnormal rise. There is a risk that the ship drifts.
In addition, since the structure in which the holding means is released by intrusion of seawater is adopted, for example, when the sea level is abnormally rising such as a tsunami, the invaded seawater behaves violently and the release of the holding means is released. May prevent it. On the other hand, if the holding force by the holding means is reduced so that it can be easily released by the intrusion of seawater, the holding means will be inadvertently released in the event that a storm wave such as a typhoon hits the quay. There is a risk that the ship will leave the quay.
Therefore, the present invention prevents as much as possible that a ship moored on the quay at the time of an abnormal rise in tide level such as a tsunami, is restrained by the mooring rope and overturns, or that the mooring rope drifts away from the mooring column. It aims at providing the ship mooring apparatus which can do.
As a technical means for achieving the above object, a marine mooring device according to the present invention is a rope mooring device for tying the mooring rope in a marine mooring device for connecting a marine vessel and a mooring facility by a mooring rope. The base end portion is hooked at an appropriate position on the quay, the distal end portion is connected to the rope hooking member, and the one end portion is fixed to the rope hooking member. The other end portion is fixed at an appropriate position on the quay, and includes a separation member that can be separated into a separation-side separation member and a fixed-side separation member, and the separation member is caused by a load when the ship rises to an abnormal height. Are separated.
When the ship rises due to an abnormal rise in the sea level caused by the invasion of a tsunami or the like and the mooring rope is pulled up, the separation member is loaded at that time, and the separation member is separated. As a result, the separation-side separation member is detached from the fixed-side separation member, and the rope hooking member that is linked and fixed to the separation-side separation member can be lifted as the ship rises. . Since the extension rope is connected to the rope hooking member, the extension rope is pulled out by the rise of the rope hooking member, allowing the vessel to be lifted, and within the range of the length of the extension rope. Ships are regulated.
The ship mooring device according to the invention of
When the ship rises due to an abnormal rise in the sea level, the lid body is detached from the rope storage box, and the rope stored in the rope storage box is pulled out to allow the ship to rise.
Further, in the ship mooring device according to the invention of
The separation member receives a tensile force due to the rise of the ship due to an abnormal rise in the sea level, and the extension rope is pulled out by breaking at a reduced diameter portion formed in a part of the separation member, allowing the rise of the ship It is made to be done.
Further, in the marine mooring device according to the invention of
The shear pin connecting the separation-side separation member and the stationary-side separation member is subjected to a shearing force due to the separation-side separation member being pulled up with respect to the stationary-side separation member due to the rise of the ship due to an abnormal rise in the sea level. Break. Thereby, the said extension rope is pulled out and a raise of a ship is accept | permitted.
Further, the marine mooring device according to the invention of
When the detachment side separation member is pulled up with respect to the stationary side separation member due to the rise of the ship due to an abnormal rise in the sea level, the shearing member stretched over these separation member elements is subjected to shearing force and is broken. Thereby, the said extension rope is pulled out and a raise of a ship is accept | permitted.
In the ship mooring device according to the invention of
According to the ship mooring apparatus according to the present invention, when the sea level rises and the ship rises, the separation member is separated by receiving a load due to the rise, and therefore the extension rope is reliably pulled out by the rise of the ship. . As a result, the vessel is allowed to rise and is prevented from drifting by being restricted by the extension rope, and the safety of the vessel can be ensured when the sea level rises abnormally.
Moreover, according to the marine mooring apparatus according to the invention of
Further, according to the ship mooring apparatus of the invention of
Hereinafter, the ship mooring apparatus according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the illustrated preferred embodiments.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic structure of a ship mooring device 1, which is installed on a quay G that is a berthing facility of a ship. A
The top of the
The
On the lower surface of the fitting
A through
In order to install this marine mooring device 1, the base end side of the
Then, when the tightening
Next, when the
When the ship is berthed at the ship mooring device 1 installed as described above for anchoring, the mooring rope extended from the ship is tied to the
When the ship rises to above the quay G along with the sea level that rises abnormally due to the tsunami, the mooring rope is tensioned and a force is applied in the direction of pulling out the
When the breaking
As described above, the
FIG. 4 shows a separation member according to a second embodiment that replaces the breaking
The connecting
FIG. 5 shows a connecting

FIG. 6 shows a connecting
The connecting
