Abstract
The present invention provides a mooring device. The mooring device of the present invention comprises a winch drum for winding or unwinding ropes; A driving unit for driving the winch drum; A brake for braking the rotation of the winch drum; And a release sensing member for sensing the release of the rope by passing the braking limit of the brake.
Description
The present invention relates to a mooring apparatus and a floating ocean structure having the same.
In general, mooring devices used to fix ship's movement from algae, waves, winds, etc., include mooring equipment that are connected by mooring ropes to a quay or buoy, There are anchoring equipment which fixes by an anchor chain and an anchor chain by holding force at a predetermined position.
In the case of mooring winch of mooring device, when the ship docks on the port side of the harbor, loosen the mooring line wound on the mooring winch, fix one end to the bit installed on the pier, and wind the mooring winch again to make the mooring line tight.
In particular, mooring lines are being secured by adding mooring winches to the typhoon in the dry line which is moored on the wall during the construction of the ship. However, after the vessel has been delivered to the shipowner after the ship has been built, the additional mooring winches are not needed and are removed or left on demand by the owner.
Especially, in case of the existing mooring winch, if the mooring line is loosened by overcoming the operating limit of the brakes, the operator may not recognize the mooring line, so that a large accident such as drifting or stranding of the ship may occur.
An object of the present invention is to provide a mooring device capable of checking when the brake is forcibly released and the drum is rotated, and a floating oceangoil structure having the mooring device.
The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited thereto, and other matters not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a winch drum for winding or unrolling a rope; A driving unit for driving the winch drum; A brake for braking the rotation of the winch drum; And a release sensing member for sensing the release of the rope by passing the braking limit of the brake.
Further, the release sensing member may include switching means; And a touch plate installed on the winch drum and switching the switching means when the winch drum is rotated.
Also, the winch drum may include mounting grooves formed at predetermined intervals along the circumference, and the touch plate may be fitted into a mounting groove closest to the switching means among the mounting grooves.
In addition, the switching means may alert a dangerous situation when the touch plate is switched.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, even if there is a dangerous situation in which the mooring line is loosened due to the weather deterioration due to a typhoon or the like in a state where the ship is moored at a quay or an inner wall, the release detection member of the mooring winch senses this, It is possible to secure the mooring safety of
The effects of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned effects, and the effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
