Abstract
Description
− 少なくとも1つの(疑似)固定接触、および
− (軸方向に作用する)摺動接触、あるいは別の(疑似)固定接触、ならびに
− ハンドル内におけるツールの固定
により可能になる。
Claims (12)
- 好ましくは低侵襲設計の双極外科用器具のハンドルであって、
好ましくは前記ハンドルに配置された電源スイッチによって、任意選択的に手術ツールに電流を印加する電流印加装置(118、156)と、
チャック(128)であって、前記手術ツールがそのツールシャンク(104)において、機械的にその中へ挿入可能かつそれから取外し可能であり、電流印加のために前記装置において、電気的に結合および分離することができる、チャック(128)と、を備え、
前記チャック(128)が、2つの受入/軸受要素(150、152)を有し、
前記受入/軸受要素(150、152)が、
前記ツールシャンク(104)を半径方向および/または軸方向に、案内および/または固定するために、前記ツールシャンク(104)の挿入方向において軸方向に離間され、半径方向に弾性的に柔軟であり、かつ互いに対して絶縁されており、
前記挿入されたツールに電流を送るように、前記電流印加装置(118、156)に電気的に接続されていること、
を特徴とする、ハンドル。 - 前記受入/軸受要素(150、152)の各々が、好ましくは、スリップリング、半径方向に弾性的に可動なボールを有するボールベアリング、または、ばね/薄板ケージの形態である、半径方向に弾性的に拡張可能なシャンク覆いを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハンドル。
- 前記2つの受入/軸受要素(150、152)が、前記挿入されたツールに対して、異なる大きさの半径方向の力をかけるように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のハンドル。
- 前記受入/軸受要素のうちの少なくとも一方(150)が、半径方向内側に向けられた突起、または半径方向内側に向けられた隆起を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のハンドル。
- 前記突起/隆起が、前記ツールシャンク(104)を前記ハンドル(102)の前記チャック(128)において軸方向に固定するための半径方向のノッチ/アンダーカットと係止係合するように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のハンドル。
- 好ましくは低侵襲設計であり、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の外科用器具のハンドル(102)に挿入されるように適合される双極外科用器具のツールであって、
ツールシャンク(104)の遠位端部に、電極が点在するかまたは電極を有するツールヘッドを備え、
前記ツールシャンク(104)の近位シャンク端部が、前記ハンドル(102)の前記チャック(128)に挿入可能であり、
前記ツールシャンク(104)が、2つのシャンク部を有し、
前記2つのシャンク部が、
互いに対して、軸方向に離間され、かつ絶縁され、
前記ツールヘッドにおける前記電極を前記電流印加装置に接続するように、前記ハンドル(102)の前記チャック(128)の前記2つの受入/軸受要素(150、152)と機械的に案内かつ/または固定係合され、かつ同時に、前記2つの受入/軸受要素(150、152)と電気的に接触するように適合されていること、
を特徴とする、ツール。 - 2つのツール分岐を互いに対して動かすため、前記分岐に機械的作動力を伝達するように、前記ツールシャンク(104)が、互いに対して軸方向に変位可能であり、かつ前記ツールヘッドの前記2つのツール分岐(106、108)に結合される2つの入れ子になったシャンク要素/シャンクロッド/シャンクチューブ(119、120)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のツール。
- 一方の前記シャンク部が、電流伝送のために前記外側シャフト要素/シャフトロッドに配置され、
他方の前記シャンク部が、電流伝送のために前記内側シャフト要素/シャフトロッドに配置され、
前記2つのシャフト要素/シャフトロッドが、互いに対して絶縁されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のツール。 - 前記外側のシャフト要素/シャフトロッドおよび前記内側のシャフト要素/シャフトロッドのうちの一方のシャフト要素/シャフトロッドにのみ、両方の前記シャフト部が、好ましくは導電性のブッシングまたはスリーブの形態で配置され、
前記導電性のブッシングまたはスリーブが、前記一方のシャフト要素/シャフトロッドに取り付けられる一方で絶縁されており、電線を介して前記ツールヘッドの前記電極または前記分岐に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のツール。 - 双極設計の電気外科用器具であって、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のハンドルと、
請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載のツールと、
を特徴とする、双極設計の電気外科用器具。 - 前記ハンドルが再使用可能品として設計され、
前記ツールが使い捨て品として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電気外科用器具。 - 前記ツールシャンク(104)の前記外側のシャンク要素に作用する前記受入/軸受要素(150)が、疑似固定接触の形態であり、
前記内側のシャフト要素に作用する前記受入/軸受要素(152)が、少なくとも軸方向に作用する摺動接触の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の電気外科用器具。
