Claims (4)
- 内燃機関に燃料を噴射するシステムの高圧ランプのための圧力調整器であって、該圧力調整器は電磁弁体(10)を有しており、該電磁弁体(10)が電磁石(40)を受けていて、該電磁石(40)が、バルブシート(30)を閉鎖するニードル(20)を制御し、前記バルブシート(30)が高圧入口に接続されていて放圧室(13)内に開口しており、前記放圧室(13)は出口開口(14)を通じて液体戻し循環路(5)と連通しており、
前記電磁弁体(10)が後端部(12)でコイル(40)を受けており、該コイル(40)が回転子(41)の開放を制御し、該回転子が前記ニードル(20)に堅固に接続されていて、閉鎖リターンスプリング(25)に支配されており、
前記電磁弁体(10)の前端部(11)が前記ニードル(20)の軸線(XX)上に、前記ニードルを包囲し中空室(15)を通って延在する放圧室(13)を有していて、前記中空室(15)が入口弁体(50)を受けていて、該入口弁体(50)が、前記バルブシート(30)内に開口する孔(51)によって軸方向に貫通されており、
前記ニードル(20)によって軸方向に貫通されている前記放圧室(13)と、前記液体戻し循環路に接続されている前記出口開口(14)とが、前記放圧室(13)の壁部(131)の上部(132)の下側で前記壁部(131)に横方向に開口している形式のものにおいて、
前記圧力調整器は、
前記放圧室(13)の底部を形成しかつ中央部でバルブシート(30)を有する前記弁体(50)の表面(54)の上方で、しかも前記バルブシート(30)を形成する円錐形の表面(31)の延長部に設けられた前記出口開口(14)の下方に、前記放圧室(13)の環状の拡張部(70)を有しており、該拡張部(70)が環状のデッドボリューム(70)を形成する
ことを特徴とする圧力調整器。 - 前記デッドボリューム(70)が次のような寸法的な特徴、即ち、前記デッドボリュームの直径D1(D11,D12)が前記放圧室の直径D2よりも大きく、前記デッドボリュームの軸方向長さ(L1)が、前記弁体(50)の上側の表面(54)と前記液体戻し循環路に連通する前記開口(14)との間の前記放圧室(13)の軸方向長さよりも小さいかまたは同じである、という寸法的な特徴を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧力調整器。 - 前記弁体(50)が、環状のワッシャ(60)が嵌め込まれている前記電磁弁体(10)の前記端部(11)の前記中空室(15)内に受容されており、前記ワッシャ(60)の内径(D2)はショルダに接続していて、前記環状のデッドボリューム(70)の高さの少なくとも一部を形成している
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧力調整器。 - 前記弁体(50)が前記中空室(15)内に畳み折りによりつなぎ合わされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧力調整器。
