Abstract
Description
テープを圧着装置と成形体表面との間に位置決めし、これによりテープの圧着部分を圧着装置および成形体表面に接触させるステップと、
圧着装置を成形体表面に向かって押圧し、これによりテープを成形体表面に圧着させるステップと、
成形体を圧着装置に対して相対運動および/または相対回動させ、これにより成形体と圧着装置とを互いに対して相対運動および/または相対回動させ、これによってテープを成形体表面上に送り込み、このとき圧着装置を、成形体表面に相対運動方向において移動させ、テープを、圧着装置に関して引張り方向に引っ張るステップと、
引張り方向においてテープの圧着領域の上流側に配置された、テープの加熱面を、および/または相対運動方向において圧着領域の下流側に配置された、成形体の加熱面を、レーザダイオードアレーの複数のレーザダイオードを用いて直接かつ介在物なしに照射するステップと、
テープをその加熱面の領域において、および/または成形体表面をその加熱面の領域において、レーザダイオードアレーを用いて局部的に溶融させ、これにより、圧着装置を用いた成形体表面におけるテープの圧着によって、テープを成形体に結合させるステップと、
を有している。

Claims (20)
- 熱可塑性プラスチックを有する繊維強化されたテープ(30)を有する強化構造体(20)を、成形体表面(11)に形成する装置であって、
前記装置は、前記成形体表面(11)に前記テープ(30)を圧着させる圧着装置(40)を有し、
前記テープ(30)は前記圧着装置(40)と前記成形体表面(11)との間に位置決め可能であり、このとき前記テープ(30)の圧着部分(31)を前記圧着装置(40)および前記成形体表面(11)に接触させることができ、これにより前記テープ(30)を、前記圧着装置(40)を用いて前記成形体表面(11)に向かって押圧することができ、
前記装置は、移動装置および/または回転装置(60)を有し、該移動装置および/または回転装置(60)は、成形体(10)および/または前記圧着装置(40)に運動を伝達するように連結されており、これにより前記圧着装置(40)に対する前記成形体(10)の相対運動および/または相対回動を得ることができ、これによって前記テープ(30)は前記成形体表面(11)上に送り込むことができ、このとき前記圧着装置(40)は、前記成形体表面(11)に相対運動方向(R1)において移動し、前記テープ(30)は、前記圧着装置(40)に関して引張り方向(R2)に引っ張られ、
前記装置は、前記引張り方向(R2)において前記テープ(30)の圧着領域(31)の上流側に配置された、前記テープ(30)の加熱面(32)を照射するための、および/または前記相対運動方向(R1)において前記圧着領域(31)の下流側に配置された、前記成形体(10)の加熱面(12)を照射するための、複数のレーザダイオード(111)を備えた少なくとも1つのレーザダイオードアレー(110,120)を有し、
前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)を用いた照射によって、前記テープ(30)はその加熱面(32)の領域において局部的に溶融可能であり、および/または前記成形体表面(11)はその加熱面(12)の領域において局部的に溶融可能であり、これにより前記圧着装置(40)を用いた前記成形体表面(11)における前記テープ(30)の圧着によって、前記テープ(30)が前記成形体(10)に結合可能である、
装置において、
前記装置は、前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)が前記テープ(30)の前記加熱面(32)および/または前記成形体表面(11)の前記加熱面(12)または既に形成された前記強化構造体(20)の加熱面(12)を直接照射するように形成されており、
前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)の前記レーザダイオード(111)は、サーフェスエミッタ(111)として形成されている
ことを特徴とする、強化構造体を成形体表面に形成する装置。 - 少なくとも2つのレーザダイオード(111)の放射方向ベクトルが、互いに平行に向けられておらず、一方または双方の前記加熱面(12,32)に向かって互いに近づくように向けられている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)を有する照射モジュール(100)を有し、
前記照射モジュール(100)は、前記テープ(30)の前記加熱面(32)および/または前記成形体(10)の前記加熱面(12)にそれぞれ向けられた少なくとも2つの放射面(101,102,103)を有し、
前記放射面(101,102,103)のそれぞれに、前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)の少なくとも1つのレーザダイオード(111)が配置されており、該レーザダイオード(111)の放射方向ベクトルは、前記放射面(101,102,103)の法線ベクトルに対して平行に向けられており、
互いに隣接する2つの放射面(101,102,103)によって形成された角度が、可変である、
という特徴を有する、請求項1または2記載の装置。 - 前記装置は、前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)を有する照射モジュール(100)を有し、
前記照射モジュール(100)は、前記テープ(30)の前記加熱面(32)および/または前記成形体(10)の前記加熱面(12)にそれぞれ向けられた少なくとも2つの放射面(101,102,103)を有し、
前記放射面(101,102,103)のそれぞれに、前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)の少なくとも1つのレーザダイオード(111)が配置されており、1つまたは複数の前記レーザダイオード(111)の放射方向ベクトルは、前記放射面(101,102,103)の法線ベクトルに対して平行に向けられており、
前記放射面(101,102,103)の前記法線ベクトルは、互いに平行に向けられておらず、一方または双方の前記加熱面(12,32)に向かって互いに近づくように向けられている、
という特徴を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記装置は、前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)を有する照射モジュール(100)を有し、
前記照射モジュール(100)は、前記テープ(30)の前記加熱面(32)および/または前記成形体(10)の前記加熱面(12)に向けられた少なくとも1つの放射面(104)を有し、
1つまたは複数の前記放射面(104)は、凹面状に形成されており、
前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)の前記レーザダイオード(111)は、互いに間隔をおいて前記放射面(104)に配置されており、前記レーザダイオード(111)の各放射方向ベクトルは、前記レーザダイオード(111)を取り囲む前記放射面(104)の局部的な法線ベクトルに対して平行に向けられており、これにより少なくとも2つのレーザダイオード(111)の前記放射方向ベクトルは、互いに平行に向けられておらず、一方または双方の前記加熱面(12,32)に向かって互いに近づくように向けられている、
という特徴を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)の前記レーザダイオード(111)は、互いに少なくとも部分的に互いに等間隔でない間隔をおいて位置している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)の個々のレーザダイオード(111)の放射出力が、制御装置(140)を用いて別個に調節可能である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 不均一の強度分布を前記テープ(30)の前記加熱面(32)において生ぜしめ、このとき前記テープ(30)の前記加熱面(32)における放射強度が前記引張り方向(R2)において少なくとも部分的に低減するような放射領域を放射すべく、前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)は合わせられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、さらに加熱装置(70)を有し、該加熱装置(70)を用いて、前記引張り方向(R2)において前記加熱面(32)の上流側に配置された前記テープ(30)が、予め設定された温度に加熱可能である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記テープ(30)の、前記成形体(10)に接触させられる前記加熱面(32)を加熱するように設計された第1のレーザダイオードアレー(110)に加えて、第2のレーザダイオードアレー(120)を有し、
前記第2のレーザダイオードアレー(120)は、前記テープ(30)の、該テープ(30)の前記加熱面(32)とは反対側に位置する背側を照射する、複数のレーザダイオード(111)を有している、
という特徴を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのレーザダイオードアレー(110,120)は、前記成形体(10)の、相対運動方向(R1)において前記圧着領域(31)の下流側に配置された前記加熱面(12)を照射するように合わせられており、しかも、不均一の強度分布を、前記成形体(10)の前記加熱面(12)において生ぜしめ、このとき、前記成形体(10)の前記加熱面(12)における放射強度が前記相対運動方向(R1)とは逆向きに少なくとも部分的に低減するような放射領域を放射すべく、前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)はさらに合わせられている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 1つまたは複数のレーザダイオードアレー(110,120)は、前記テープ(30)および前記成形体(10)の前記加熱面(12,32)それぞれを、前記テープ(30)と前記成形体(10)との接触線の直ぐ前に位置する領域において異なった温度に加熱するように合わせられている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記圧着装置(40)は圧着ローラ(40)として形成されており、該圧着ローラ(40)の外面はエラストマ材料から形成されていて、これにより前記圧着ローラ(40)を用いた前記成形体(10)における前記テープ(30)の圧着時に、前記圧着ローラ(40)と前記テープ(30)との間における接触面積が、押圧力の上昇と共に増大する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記圧着装置(40)は、前記テープ(30)および前記成形体(10)に接触可能な領域において、1つまたは複数の前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)から放射される放射線に対して実質的に透明である、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記強化構造体(20)は、圧力容器(1)の支持シェル(20)であり、かつ前記成形体(10)は、前記圧力容器(1)の内側容器(10)である、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 熱可塑性プラスチックを有する繊維強化されたテープ(30)を有する強化構造体(20)を、成形体表面(11)に形成する方法であって、
前記テープ(30)を圧着装置(40)と前記成形体表面(11)との間に位置決めし、これにより前記テープ(30)の圧着部分(31)を前記圧着装置(40)および前記成形体表面(11)に接触させるステップと、
前記圧着装置(40)を前記成形体表面(11)に向かって押圧し、これにより前記テープ(30)を前記成形体表面(11)に圧着させるステップと、
成形体(10)を前記圧着装置(40)に対して相対運動および/または相対回動させ、これにより前記成形体(10)と前記圧着装置(40)とを互いに対して相対運動および/または相対回動させ、これによって前記テープ(30)を前記成形体表面(11)上に送り込み、このとき前記圧着装置(40)を、前記成形体表面(11)に相対運動方向(R1)において移動させ、前記テープ(30)を、前記圧着装置(40)に関して引張り方向(R2)に引っ張るステップと、
前記引張り方向(R2)において前記テープ(30)の圧着領域(31)の上流側に配置された、前記テープ(30)の加熱面(32)を、および/または前記相対運動方向(R1)において前記圧着領域(31)の下流側に配置された、前記成形体(10)の加熱面(12)を、レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)の複数のレーザダイオード(111)を用いて直接かつ介在物なしに照射するステップと、
前記テープ(30)をその加熱面(32)の領域において、および/または前記成形体表面(11)をその加熱面(12)の領域において、前記レーザダイオードアレー(110,120)を用いて局部的に溶融させ、これにより、前記圧着装置(40)を用いた前記成形体表面(11)における前記テープ(30)の圧着によって、前記テープ(30)を前記成形体(10)に結合させるステップと、
を有することを特徴とする、強化構造体を成形体表面に形成する方法。 - 互いに隣接するレーザダイオード(111)の放射方向ベクトルの間における少なくとも1つの角度を変化させる、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記加熱面(12,32)を照射する前に、前記引張り方向(R2)において前記加熱面(32)の上流側に配置された前記テープ(30)を、加熱装置(70)を用いて、予め設定された温度に加熱する、請求項16または17記載の方法。
- 前記テープ(30)の、該テープ(30)の前記加熱面(32)とは反対側に位置する背側を、第2のレーザダイオードアレー(120)を用いて加熱する、請求項16から18までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 不均一の強度分布を、前記成形体(10)の前記加熱面(12)において生ぜしめ、このとき、前記成形体(10)の前記加熱面(12)における放射強度が前記相対運動方向(R1)とは逆向きに少なくとも部分的に低減するような放射領域を、前記レーザダイオードアレー(110)から放射する、請求項16から19までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
