Claims (10)
- パイプを形成するためのパイプコルゲータであって、前記コルゲータは、入口において一緒になって、前記移動トンネルの出口において分離する鋳型ブロックとともに移動鋳型トンネルを形成する、対向する一連の前記鋳型ブロックを有し、改善点は、各一連の鋳型ブロックが、前記移動鋳型トンネルの長手方向軸に対して略垂直の方向において、前記最後の鋳型ブロックの鋳型空洞が、形成されたパイプを分離させるように十分に移動した分離位置に、前記移動鋳型トンネルの最後の鋳型ブロックを一次的に変位させるための第1の駆動機構を有する鋳型ブロック移送ステーションを含み、かつ前記最後の鋳型ブロックが、前記移動鋳型トンネルの前記入口に戻るために、それぞれの鋳型移送ステーションの第2の駆動機構によって、その後回転されることを含む、パイプコルゲータにおいて。
- 前記第1の駆動機構は、前記移動鋳型トンネルの鋳型ブロックを、前記鋳型ブロックの幅に等しい距離分移動させるために必要とされる時間に対応する期間内に、前記最後の鋳型ブロックを前記分離位置に移動させる、請求項1に記載のパイプコルゲータにおいて。
- 前記第1の駆動機構は、各鋳型ブロック上に提供される移送ピンに係合し、かつ鋳型ブロック内の係合された鋳型ブロックを前記分離位置に移動させるための複数のアクチュエータを含み、各アクチュエータは、グリッパおよび起動アームを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載のパイプコルゲータにおいて。
- 前記第1の駆動機構は、前記第2の駆動機構に接続され、かつそれとともに回転する、請求項3に記載のパイプコルゲータにおいて。
- 前記第1の駆動機構の前記複数のアクチュエータは、少なくとも4つのアクチュエータを含む、請求項3または請求項4に記載のパイプコルゲータにおいて。
- 前記第1の駆動機構および前記第2の駆動機構において、どの時点においても、鋳型ブロックの最大数は、8つ未満の鋳型ブロックである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパイプコルゲータにおいて。
- どの時点においても、前記第1の駆動機構および前記第2の駆動機構における、鋳型ブロックの最大数は、4以下である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパイプコルゲータにおいて。
- 同期的に駆動された第1および第2の一連の鋳型ブロックの鋳型ブロックを当接させることによって画定される、移動鋳型トンネルを有する、パイプコルゲータにおいて、前記鋳型ブロックを、長手方向軸から離れた分離位置に位置付け、次いで、回転させ、前記鋳型トンネルの入口に鋳型ブロックを送給する、鋳型ブロック戻り駆動に提供するように、前記移動鋳型トンネルが、鋳型ブロックの幅の2倍未満の距離を通じて移動する際に、前記移動鋳型トンネルの最後の鋳型ブロックを、前記移動鋳型トンネルの前記長手方向軸から離れて移動させることによって、前記移動鋳型トンネルへの出口において、鋳型ブロックを係脱させる方法。
- 分離する最後の鋳型ブロックによって画定される前記鋳型トンネルの前記出口と、鋳型ブロックが前記鋳型ブロック戻り駆動に提供される位置との間の鋳型ブロックの数を、8つ未満の鋳型ブロックに制限することを含む、請求項8に記載のパイプコルゲータにおいて。
- 前記ブロックと、鋳型ブロックが前記鋳型ブロック戻り駆動に提供される位置との間の鋳型ブロックの数を、4つの鋳型ブロックに制限することを含む、請求項8に記載のパイプコルゲータにおいて。
