Claims (11)
- 入力軸、
前記入力軸から動力の伝達を受ける出力軸、及び
前記入力軸から前記出力軸に伝えられる動力を変速させる変速装置を含み、
前記変速装置は、
リングギヤ;
前記リングギヤの一側に内接し、前記入力軸から伝えられた動力によって回転しながらリングギヤを回転させる入力歯車と、前記入力歯車の中心点(A)及び前記リングギヤの中心点(B)を経由するガイドバーとが形成されている入力部材;
一端は前記入力歯車の中心点(A)と前記リングギヤの中心点(B)へ移動可能に前記ガイドバーに結合され、他端は入力軸に結合され、前記入力歯車の回転中心を変更して前記リングギヤの回転力を変速する変速スライダー;及び
前記リングギヤの他側に内接し、前記リングギヤによって回転させられながら、変速された動力を出力軸に伝える出力歯車を含むことを特徴とする変速機。 - 前記変速スライダーが前記入力歯車の中心点(A)に位置すれば、前記入力軸の1回転時に前記入力歯車が中心点(A)を中心に1回転し、前記入力歯車の1回転時に前記リングギヤが中心点(B)を中心に1回転以下に回転しながら減速され、前記リングギヤの減速された回転力が前記出力歯車を介して前記出力軸に伝えられながら変速されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記変速スライダーが前記リングギヤの中心点(B)に位置すれば、前記入力軸の1回転時に前記入力歯車が前記リングギヤの中心点(B)を中心に1回転し、前記入力歯車の1回転時に前記リングギヤが中心点(B)を中心に1回転し、前記リングギヤの回転力が前記出力歯車を介して前記出力軸に伝えられながら変速が発生しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記変速スライダーは、前記ガイドバーに移動可能に結合される結合部と、一端が前記結合部に前記ガイドバーの長手方向に回転可能に結合され、他端が前記入力軸に前記ガイドバーの長手方向に回転可能に結合される結合バーとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記入力歯車は前記リングギヤの一側下部に内接し、前記出力歯車は前記リングギヤの他側上部に内接し、前記入力歯車と前記出力歯車は上下に干渉しないように離隔されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記出力歯車の中心点(C)は、前記入力歯車の中心点(A)と前記リングギヤの中心点(B)を経由する中心線上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記入力歯車、リングギヤ及び出力歯車のギヤ比は2:4:1に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記変速スライダーを前記入力歯車の中心点(A)と前記リングギヤの中心点(B)に移動させる変速バーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記変速装置は、前記入力軸と前記出力軸の間に複数個が回転力を伝達できるように連結され、前記入力軸から前記出力軸へ伝えられる回転力を複数段に変速させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記複数個の変速装置では、互いに対応する変速装置の変速スライダーと出力歯車を回転力が伝達できるように連結し、最下段に位置する変速装置の変速スライダーを入力軸に回転力が伝達できるように連結し、最上段に位置する変速装置の出力歯車を出力軸に回転力が伝達できるように連結していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の変速機。
- 前記変速スライダーが前記入力歯車の中心点(A)に位置すれば、前記入力歯車とリングギヤは同じ回転比を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
