Abstract
Description
本発明の実施形態によれば、粗製コンディショナーを、炭化水素を含む水素処理および水素化分解の反応の両方の動力学プロセスを組み込むことができるHYSYS水素化処理モデルを使用してモデル化した。粗製コンディショナーモデルを、以前の試験から得られた粗製コンディショナーパイロットプラント試験データと一致するように較正した。粗製コンディショナーモデルユニットを用いて、アラブエキストラライト(AXL)原油およびKuffガス凝縮物(KGC)のアップグレードならびに改善を含むがこれらに限定されない、原油および天然ガスの精製ならびに処理に関連する特性を評価し、予測することができる。
Claims (14)
- 広い沸騰範囲の凝縮物から炭化水素生成物を生成する方法であって、
芳香族生成システムの水素化処理反応器へ前記広い沸騰範囲の凝縮物および水素を導入し、導入される前記広い沸騰範囲の凝縮物に対する前記水素の体積比が約0.01〜約10の範囲にある工程;
前記水素化処理反応器が、軽質生成物ガス混合物とナフサ沸騰温度範囲の液体生成物の両方を形成するような条件下で前記芳香族生成システムを操作し、前記ナフサ沸騰温度範囲の液体生成物が、約30℃〜約240℃の範囲の沸点温度を有するナフサ沸騰温度範囲の液体生成物成分からなる工程;
芳香族化反応器システムへ前記ナフサ沸騰温度範囲の液体生成物を送り、水素抽出ユニットへ前記軽質生成物ガス混合物を送る工程;
1種以上の炭化水素生成物を形成するのに適切な条件下で前記芳香族化反応器システムを操作する工程;
前記水素抽出ユニットへ水素を送り、前記芳香族化反応器システムへ前記非芳香族液体生成物の少なくとも一部を送る工程;
前記水素抽出ユニット内で水素および混合水素に乏しいガスを生成し、前記混合水素に乏しいガスが70重量%以上のC1〜C5アルカンを含む工程;ならびに
前記水素化処理反応器へ前記水素を送る工程、
を含む方法。 - 前記炭化水素生成物が、芳香族炭化水素、石油化学製品、ガソリン、灯油、ディーゼル燃料、液化石油生成物、燃料強化炭化水素、燃料安定化炭化水素およびオレフィンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水素が高純度の水素を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族化反応器システムが、芳香族に富むシステム生成物、水素に富むガス生成物、非芳香族液体生成物から選択される1種以上の炭化水素生成物を生成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記非芳香族の液体生成物が、C9+パラフィン、ナフテンおよび単環式芳香族化合物を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化処理反応器が、さらに水素化処理触媒を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化処理触媒が水素雰囲気中で維持される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化処理触媒が、硫黄、窒素、遷移金属、アルカリ金属およびアルカリ土類金属から選択される非炭化水素化合物の濃度を減少させるように操作可能である、請求項6または請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記水素抽出ユニットが、さらに溶媒抽出システムを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記広い沸騰範囲の凝縮物の一部が、約230℃より高い真沸点(TBP)温度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記広い沸騰範囲の凝縮物が、約15%〜約75%の範囲の初期変換率で前記ナフサ沸騰温度範囲の液体生成物へ変換される、請求項1または請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記広い沸騰範囲の凝縮物が、約400℃〜約600℃の範囲の最終沸点(FBP)温度を有する、請求項1または請求項10〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記広い沸騰範囲の凝縮物が、前記広い沸騰範囲の凝縮物の約0.1重量%〜約40重量%の範囲で芳香族を含む、請求項1または請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族炭化水素が、約8重量%〜約30重量%の範囲で混合キシレンを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
