Description
[08]米国特許第4,362,613号明細書には、水素化分解蒸気を透過膜と接触させて蒸気から水素を分離し、それを圧縮し、それを水素化分解区域に戻すシステムが開示されている。
[12]米国特許第6,280,609号明細書には、装置を簡単にし、触媒の失活を最小にし、したがって再生の要求を最小にするために熱交換及び触媒移動の両方を行うことが開示されている。
[16]米国特許第7,271,303号明細書には、C9 +炭化水素を水素化分解して低イオウディーゼル及びナフサ沸点流を生成させ、これを改質及びトランスアルキル化してキシレン含有流を生成させ、水素の必要量のバランスをとる、低イオウディーゼル及び芳香族化合物を製造するための多区域プロセスが開示されている。水素を第1段階において圧縮し、改質/トランスアルキル化区域に送る。次に、水素に富む流れをこの区域から回収し、第2段階において加圧し、水素処理/水素化分解区域に分配する。

Claims (10)
- 高純度の大量の水素を消費する少なくとも1つの第1の反応ユニット、及び大量の水素を消費しないが水素の存在が必要であり、低純度の水素の存在を許容することができる少なくとも1つの第2の反応ユニットを有する生成物製造反応システムにおいて水素流を統合する方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1つの第1の反応ユニット内において第1の反応物質と実質的に純粋な水素流を反応させて第1の流出流を生成させ;
(b)第1の流出流を分別して少なくとも1つの第1の生成物流を回収し;
(c)低純度水素含有流を工程(b)からの少なくとも1つの第1の生成物流に導入して混合流を形成し;
(d)混合流を反応させて、水素、揮発性化合物、及び生成物を含む第2の生成物流を形成し;
(e)生成物から水素及び揮発性成分を分離して、気体流及び生成物含有流を形成し;
(f)気体流を精製して実質的に純粋な水素含有流を与え;
(g)実質的に純粋な水素含有流上への圧力を上昇させ、実質的に純粋な水素含有流を工程(a)の少なくとも1つの第1の反応ユニットに導入し;そして
(h)生成物を回収する;
ことを含む上記方法。 - 低純度水素含有流中に混入物質を含ませることによって工程(d)における転化率を向上させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 不純水素流を芳香族物質区域に供給し;
芳香族物質区域内において不純水素流を他の炭化水素と反応させて流出流を生成させ;
流出流から水素に富む流れを分離し;
水素に富む流れを精製して実質的に純粋な水素流を生成させ;
実質的に純粋な水素流を圧縮し、実質的に純粋な水素流を高圧水素処理反応器及び水素化分解反応器の少なくとも1つに供給する;
ことを含む、石油精製施設内での水素の必要量のバランスをとる方法。 - 芳香族物質区域が少なくとも1つの脱水素反応器を含み、他の炭化水素が軽質ナフサ流を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 芳香族物質区域内に脱アルキル化反応器を更に含む、請求項3及び4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 水素に富む流れを分離した後の流出流の残りを分別して、ベンゼンフラクション、トルエンフラクション、及びキシレン類フラクションを形成する、請求項3、4、及び5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- (a)C9 +炭化水素を含む炭化水素質流及び実質的に純粋な水素流を、それぞれ水素処理条件下で水素処理触媒、及び水素化分解区域内において水素化分解条件下で水素化分解触媒と順次接触させて、キシレン類を含む水素化分解区域流出流を生成させ;
(b)分別区域内において、水素化分解区域流出流を分別して、C4及びより軽質の炭化水素を含む炭化水素の第1の流れ、195°Fより低い沸点の炭化水素を含む炭化水素の第2の流れ、180°F〜380°Fの間の沸点の炭化水素を含む第3の流れ、及びディーゼルを含む第4の流れを分離回収し;
(c)低純度水素含有流を工程(b)からの第3の流れに導入して混合流を形成し、混合流を加熱して加熱混合流を形成し;
(d)加熱混合流を、脱水素触媒、トランスアルキル化触媒、又は脱水素触媒及びトランスアルキル化触媒の両方と接触させて脱水素流を形成し;
(e)脱水素流中の芳香族物質から水素及び揮発性成分を分離して、気体流及び芳香族物質含有流を形成し;
(f)気体流を圧力スイング吸着にかけて、実質的に純粋な水素含有流を与え;
(g)実質的に純粋な水素含有流上への圧力を上昇させ、それを工程(a)の水素化分解区域に導入し;そして
(h)芳香族物質含有流中の液体炭化水素生成物を回収する;
ことを含む、重質芳香族油からの芳香族物質の製造において水素を効率的に用いる方法。 - 工程(h)の芳香族物質含有流を分別して、ベンゼンフラクション、トルエンフラクション、及びキシレン類フラクションを形成することを更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- トランスアルキル化触媒を存在させ、トルエンフラクションをトランスアルキル化反応器に再循環することを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- キシレン類フラクションを分別して、C9〜C10アルキル芳香族化合物を含む流れを形成し、この流れを工程(d)の脱水素流と混合し、この混合物をトランスアルキル化触媒と接触させることを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
