Abstract
Description
繊維を織ることによって繊維プリフォームを準備することと、
繊維プリフォームを注入型内に置くことと、
樹脂を充填し、繊維プリフォームを含浸するために型内に液体状態で樹脂を注入することと、
注入された樹脂に圧力を加え、加熱により樹脂を重合することと、
を含む。
・熱硬化性樹脂のTgと書かれたガラス転移温度を超えることなく、樹脂の温度を第1の温度プログラムに応じて変化させながら第1の型を樹脂で充填すること。
・第1の型が充填された後、樹脂のガラス転移温度Tgを超えることなく、樹脂の温度を第2の温度プログラムに応じて変化させながら樹脂を圧力下に置き、樹脂によって型に及ぼされる圧力の低下を、圧力が傾斜の変わり目を示すときの瞬間t1を確認することにより検知すること。
・熱硬化性樹脂の温度を第1の温度プログラムに応じて変化させながら、第1の型に類似する第2の型を樹脂で充填すること。
・第2の型が充填された後、t1に実質的に等しい瞬間t2まで第2の温度プログラムに応じて樹脂の温度を変化させながら樹脂を圧力下に置き、次いで、瞬間t2から、樹脂の温度を樹脂のTgを超えるように上昇させること。
・第2の温度プログラムは等温プログラムである。
・第2の温度プログラムでは、樹脂の温度は、温度領域[Tg−20℃、Tg−10℃]にある値で保持される。
・瞬間t2で、樹脂の温度が上昇する割合は、0.56℃/分から3.3℃/分の範囲(1°F/分から6°F/分の範囲)、好ましくは1.6℃/分から3.3℃/分の範囲(3°F/分から6°F/分の範囲)にある。
・熱硬化性樹脂は、特にPR520タイプのエポキシ樹脂である;方法は樹脂トランスファー成形によって複合部品を製造するために使用される。
・時間t1からt0は、1分から2時間(h)の範囲、特に5分から60分の範囲、特に10分から50分の範囲、具体的に20分から40分の範囲、より特に25分から35分の範囲にあり、特に約30分であってもよい。
・樹脂のTgを超えることなく、樹脂の温度を第1の温度プログラムの適用で変化させながら型を熱硬化性樹脂で充填すること。
・型が充填された後、樹脂のTgを超えるように樹脂の温度を上昇させること。
・樹脂を充填した後、樹脂の温度を上昇させる前に、樹脂のTgを超えることなく、所定の時間、樹脂の温度を第2の温度プログラムに応じて変化させながら樹脂を圧力下に置くこと。
Claims (9)
- 熱硬化性樹脂を成形する方法であって、第1の段階の間に、
熱硬化性樹脂のガラス転移温度Tgを超えることなく、樹脂の温度を第1の温度プログラムに応じて変化させながら第1の型を樹脂で充填することと、
第1の型が充填された後(t0)、樹脂のガラス転移温度Tgを超えることなく、樹脂の温度を第2の温度プログラムに応じて変化させながら樹脂を圧力下に置き、樹脂によって型に及ぼされる圧力の低下を、この圧力が傾斜の変わり目を示すときの瞬間t1を確認することにより検知すること、
第2の段階で、
第2の型を、熱硬化性樹脂の温度を第1の温度プログラムに応じて変化させながら樹脂で充填することと、
第2の型が充填された後(t0)、t1に実質的に等しい瞬間t2まで第2の温度プログラムに応じて樹脂の温度を変化させながら樹脂を圧力下に置き、次いで、瞬間t2から、樹脂の温度を樹脂のガラス転移温度Tgを超えるように上昇させること、
を含む、方法。 - 瞬間t2が時間間隔[t1−10分、t1+10分]にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の温度プログラムが等温プログラムである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 第2の温度プログラムでは、樹脂の温度が、温度領域[Tg−20℃、Tg−10℃]にある値で保持される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 瞬間t2で、樹脂の温度が上昇する割合が0.56℃/分から3.3℃/分の範囲にある、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱硬化性樹脂がエポキシ樹脂である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱硬化性樹脂が、以下の特性:180℃クラスの樹脂である、向上された靱性を有する、約155℃に等しいTgを有する、の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 第2の型が第1の型と類似または同一である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 時間t1からt0が実質的に30分である、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
