前記繊維強化複合材料が実質的に透明な樹脂と実質的に透明な繊維とを含み、
前記樹脂および前記繊維の屈折率が実質的に同じである、太陽電池モジュール。
金型を提供し、
金型中に1つまたは複数の太陽電池セルを提供し、
電池の前面および電池の裏面の両方で金型中に強化繊維を提供し、
前記金型の空洞を取り囲むバッグを配置し密封して、前記バッグ中で真空を作りだし、および
作り出された真空のために前記金型に前記樹脂を注入することを含み、
前記バッグ中で真空を作り出すことが、真空を徐々に作り出すことを含む、前記方法。
Claims (8)
- 繊維強化熱硬化性複合材料に埋め込まれた1つまたは複数の太陽電池セルを含む太陽電池モジュールであって、前記太陽電池セルが照射される前面と、背面とを有し、前記太陽電池セルの前記前面で、
前記繊維強化複合材料が、実質的に透明なエポキシ樹脂と、前記ガラス繊維に共有結合したアミノシランカップリング剤を有する実質的に透明なガラス繊維とを含み、
前記樹脂および前記繊維の屈折率が、未硬化エポキシ樹脂とアミノシランカップリング剤との間の化学反応後に実質的に同じである、前記太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池セルの前記前面で、前記繊維がガラス繊維織物である、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池セルの前記前面について、前記エポキシ樹脂がビスフェノールAおよびビスフェノールFのジグリシジルエーテルから構成される、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池セルの前記前面について、前記エポキシ樹脂が脂肪族または脂環式エポキシ樹脂である、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池セルの前記前面用の前記繊維強化複合材料が、前記太陽電池セルの前記背面用の前記繊維強化複合材料とは異なる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記前面上の前記繊維が前記背面上の前記繊維とは異なり、前記樹脂が同じである、請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池セルの前記前面上の前記樹脂が、UV耐性のための添加剤を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池セルが、結晶シリコン太陽電池セル、薄膜太陽電池セル、有機太陽電池セルおよび多機能太陽電池セルまたはその他のうちの1つ以上である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の太陽電池モジュール。
