Abstract
Description
第1のベース基板に画素の第1の共通電極として第1の共通電極層を形成するステップと、
前記第1の共通電極に第1の導電層を形成し、かつパターニングプロセスによって第1の共通電極リードを形成するステップと、
前記第1の共通電極リードに第1の絶縁層を形成するステップと、
前記第1の絶縁層に第2の導電層を形成し、かつパターニングプロセスによって第1の信号電極リードを形成するステップと、
前記第1の信号電極リードに第2の絶縁層を形成し、かつ前記第2の絶縁層に、前記第1の信号電極リードの一部の領域を露出させる複数のビアホールを形成するステップと、
前記第2の絶縁層に第1の信号電極層を形成し、かつパターニングプロセスによって、前記ビアホールを介して前記第1の信号電極リードに電気的に接続される第1の信号電極を形成し、第1の基板を得るステップと、
上記と同じステップによって第2の基板を得るステップと、
前記第1の基板と第2の基板との縁を貼り合せ、前記第1の基板の第1の信号電極と第2の基板の第2の信号電極とを対向させるとともに、前記第1の基板と第2の基板との間に液晶を充填し、前記3Dパネルを形成するステップと、
を含む3Dパネルの製造方法を提供する。
Claims (17)
- 第1の基板、第2の基板、及び前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板との間に充填された液晶を含む3Dパネルにおいて、前記第1の基板と第2の基板のいずれにも共通電極と信号電極が設けられている3Dパネル。
- 前記第1の基板は上から下へ順に、第1のベース基板、第1の共通電極、第1の共通電極リード、第1の絶縁層、第1の信号電極リード、第2の絶縁層及び第1の信号電極を含み、
前記第2の基板は下から上へ順に、第2のベース基板、第2の共通電極、第2の共通電極リード、第3の絶縁層、第2の信号電極リード、第4の絶縁層及び第2の信号電極を含み、
前記第1の信号電極が前記第2の信号電極に対向している、請求項1に記載の3Dパネル。 - 前記第1の信号電極と第2の信号電極が複数群のストリップ状電極であり、かつ前記第1の信号電極のストリップ状電極と第2の信号電極のストリップ状電極は配列方向がずれている、請求項2に記載の3Dパネル。
- 前記第1の信号電極としての複数群のストリップ状電極が均一に配列されるとともに第1の周期を有し、前記第2の信号電極としての複数群のストリップ状電極が均一に配列されるとともに第2の周期を有し、前記第1の周期が前記第2の周期と異なる、請求項3に記載の3Dパネル。
- 前記第1の信号電極の複数群のストリップ状電極の間の距離が10μm以上であり、前記第2の信号電極の複数群のストリップ状電極の間の距離が10μm以上である、請求項3又は4に記載の3Dパネル。
- 前記第1の共通電極リードと第1の信号電極リードはいずれもフレーム状を呈し、かつ前記第1のベース基板の一側に信号アクセス部が設けられており、
前記第2の共通電極リードと第2の信号電極リードはいずれもフレーム状を呈し、かつ前記第2のベース基板の一側に信号アクセス部が設けられている、請求項2に記載の3Dパネル。 - 前記第1の共通電極、第1の信号電極、第2の共通電極及び第2の信号電極はいずれも透明導電材料から作製された、請求項2に記載の3Dパネル。
- 前記第1の共通電極と第2の共通電極は面状電極である、請求項2に記載の3Dパネル。
- 第1又は第2の基板を動作電極とするとき、相応の基板の信号電極リードを動作させる信号制御モジュールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の3Dパネル。
- 前記第1の基板を動作電極とするとき、第1の共通電極リードは開放され、第1の信号電極リードは信号をアクセスし、かつ第2の共通電極リードと第2の信号電極リードはいずれも共通電極信号をアクセスし、第1の基板は格子機能を実現し、
第2の基板を動作電極とするとき、第2の共通電極リードは開放され、第2の信号電極リードは信号をアクセスし、かつ第1の共通電極リードと第1の信号電極リードはいずれも共通電極信号をアクセスし、第2の基板は格子機能を実現する、請求項9に記載の3Dパネル。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の3Dパネルを含む3D表示装置。
- 第1のベース基板に画素の第1の共通電極として第1の共通電極層を形成するステップと、
前記第1の共通電極に第1の導電層を形成し、かつパターニングプロセスによって第1の共通電極リードを形成するステップと、
前記第1の共通電極リードに第1の絶縁層を形成するステップと、
前記第1の絶縁層に第2の導電層を形成し、かつパターニングプロセスによって第1の信号電極リードを形成するステップと、
前記第1の信号電極リードに第2の絶縁層を形成し、かつ前記第2の絶縁層に、前記第1の信号電極リードの一部の領域を露出させる複数のビアホールを形成するステップと、
前記第2の絶縁層に第1の信号電極層を形成し、かつパターニングプロセスによって、前記ビアホールを介して前記第1の信号電極リードに電気的に接続される第1の信号電極を形成し、第1の基板を得るステップと、
上記と同じステップによって第2の基板を得るステップと、
前記第1の基板と第2の基板との縁を貼り合せ、前記第1の基板の第1の信号電極と第2の基板の第2の信号電極とを対向させるとともに、前記第1の基板と第2の基板との間に液晶を充填し、前記3Dパネルを形成するステップと、
を含む3Dパネルの製造方法。 - 前記第1の信号電極と第2の信号電極は、複数群のストリップ状電極に形成されるとともに、前記第1の信号電極のストリップ状電極と第2の信号電極のストリップ状電極の配列方向がずれているように設置されている、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1の信号電極としての複数群のストリップ状電極が均一に配列されるとともに第1の周期を有し、前記第2の信号電極としての複数群のストリップ状電極が均一に配列されるとともに第2の周期を有し、前記第1の周期が前記第2の周期と異なる、請求項13に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1の共通電極、第1の信号電極、第2の共通電極及び第2の信号電極はいずれも透明導電材料から作製された、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1の基板における第1の共通電極と前記第2の基板における第2の共通電極が面状電極である、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1又は第2の基板を動作電極とするとき、相応の基板の信号電極リードを動作させる、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
