Abstract
Description
第1基材上に備えられた駆動電極パターン(Txパターン)を含む駆動電極部、及び
第2基材上に備えられた検知電極パターン(Rxパターン)を含む検知電極部を含み、
前記駆動電極パターン及び検知電極パターンは導電性金属線を含み、
前記駆動電極パターンのピッチは前記検知電極パターンのピッチより小さいことを特徴とするタッチスクリーンを提供する。
タッチスクリーンの駆動電極パターンと検知電極パターンとしてITOを用いた場合と金属メッシュパターンを用いた場合において、タッチスクリーンの上部面の圧力によるタッチスクリーンの背面タッチに対する特性評価を行った。その結果を下記の表3に示す。この時、前記金属メッシュパターンを用いた場合において、駆動電極パターンのピッチは240μmであり、検知電極パターンのピッチを下記の表3の通りに変化させており、駆動電極パターン及び検知電極パターンの線幅は3μmである。また、前記駆動電極パターン及び検知電極パターンは、リバースオフセット印刷方法を利用して、ポリエチレンテレフタレート基材上にAl/AlOxNy(100nm/60nm)の構造で形成した。
Claims (10)
- 第1基材上に備えられた駆動電極パターン(Txパターン)を含む駆動電極部、及び
第2基材上に備えられた検知電極パターン(Rxパターン)を含む検知電極部を含み、
前記駆動電極パターン及び検知電極パターンは導電性金属線を含み、
前記駆動電極パターンのピッチは前記検知電極パターンのピッチより小さいタッチスクリーン。 - 前記検知電極パターンのピッチは100〜400μmである、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記駆動電極パターンのピッチは100〜400μmである、請求項1または2に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記駆動電極部の下部面のタッチ感応に対する前記検知電極部の単位面積当たりの電荷変化量は40%以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記駆動電極部の下部面のタッチ感応に対する前記検知電極部の単位面積当たりの電荷変化量は20%以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記駆動電極部と検知電極部との間には光学粘着フィルム(optically clear adhesive;OCA)をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記駆動電極パターン及び検知電極パターンは、各々独立して、金属、金属酸化物、金属窒化物、金属酸窒化物及び金属合金からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記駆動電極パターン及び検知電極パターンの線幅は各々独立して10μm以下である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記駆動電極パターンまたは検知電極パターンの少なくとも一面に備えられた暗色化層をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のタッチスクリーンを含むディスプレイ装置。
