前記タッチスクリーンセンサは、少なくとも一つのタッチ非感知領域と、少なくとも一つのタッチ感知領域とを含むことを特徴とするタッチスクリーンセンサを提供する。

Claims (12)
- 第1の基材上に設けられた駆動電極パターン(Txパターン)を含む駆動電極部と、
第2の基材上に設けられた感知電極パターン(Rxパターン)を含む感知電極部と、
前記駆動電極部および感知電極部と外部電源を電気的に連結するFPCBとを含むタッチスクリーンセンサであって、
前記駆動電極パターンおよび感知電極パターンは、伝導性金属線を含み、
前記タッチスクリーンセンサは、少なくとも一つのタッチ非感知領域と、少なくとも一つのタッチ感知領域とを含み、
前記駆動電極パターンおよび感知電極パターンは、それぞれタッチ非感知領域およびタッチ感知領域の全領域に設けられ、
前記タッチ感知領域に設けられた駆動電極パターンおよび感知電極パターンは、それぞれ独立して、前記FPCBと電気的に連結され、
前記タッチ非感知領域に設けられた駆動電極パターンは、前記FPCBと電気的に連結されず、
前記感知電極部は、前記タッチ感知領域に設けられた感知電極パターンとFPCBを連結する第1の配線電極パターンをさらに含み、
前記第1の配線電極パターンは、前記タッチ非感知領域に設けられることを特徴とする、タッチスクリーンセンサ。 - 前記タッチ非感知領域に設けられた感知電極パターンおよび駆動電極パターンは、それぞれ独立して、パターン内の電気的連結を短絡させる断線領域をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサ。
- 前記タッチ非感知領域に設けられた感知電極パターンのうち少なくとも一部は、前記第1の配線電極パターンの役割を果たすことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサ。
- 前記駆動電極パターン、第1の配線電極パターンおよび感知電極パターンは、それぞれ独立して、多角形のメッシュパターンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサ。
- 前記第1の配線電極パターンは、前記タッチ感知領域に設けられた感知電極パターンとFPCBを連結する少なくとも一つの配線チャネル領域と、パターン内の電気的連結が短絡された少なくとも一つの断線領域とを交互に含み、
前記断線領域の幅は、(特性長さL×21/2)以下であり、
前記特性長さLは、前記メッシュパターンを構成するいずれか一つの多角形の面積の0.5の二乗値であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサ。 - 前記断線領域の幅は、断線距離の2倍以上であり、
前記断線距離は、前記断線領域内に設けられる離隔した2以上の伝導性金属線の最隣接末端間の距離であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサ。 - 前記伝導性金属線は、金、銀、アルミニウム、銅、ネオジム、モリブデン、ニッケル、チタンおよびこれらの合金のうち1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサ。
- 前記駆動電極パターン、第1の配線電極パターンおよび感知電極パターン上に、それぞれ独立して、暗色化パターンをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサ。
- ミューチュアルキャパシタンス方式を用いてタッチ入力を認識することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサ。
- 前記タッチ非感知領域およびタッチ感知領域の開口率の差は10%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサ。
- 前記タッチ非感知領域およびタッチ感知領域の透過率の差は10%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサ。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のタッチスクリーンセンサと、前記タッチスクリーンセンサの下部に設けられたディスプレイ装置とを含む、電子素子。
