Abstract
Description
コア層は、第1のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーを含む。プロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーは、プロピレンに由来する単位と、1つ以上のアルファ−オレフィンコモノマーに由来するポリマー単位とを含む。プロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーの製造に利用される例示的なコモノマーとしては、C2、及びC4〜C10アルファ−オレフィン、例えば、C2、C4、C6、及びC8アルファ−オレフィンを挙げることができる。
本明細書の実施形態において、第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマー及び粘着防止剤を独立して含む、少なくとも1つの外側層。第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーは、本明細書に既に記載したプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーであり得る。いくつかの実施形態において、第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーは、プロピレン/エチレンコポリマーであり、プロピレン含有量は、全ポリマーの80重量%超であり、エチレン含有量は、全ポリマーの5〜20重量%または8〜18重量%である。本明細書のいくつかの実施形態において、第1のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーは、第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーとは異なる。
上述のように、本明細書のいくつかの実施形態において、本フィルムは、任意の内側層を含んでもよい。内側層は、本明細書に既に記載したプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーであり得る第3のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーを含み得る。いくつかの実施形態において、第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーは、第3のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーとは異なる。他の実施形態において、第1のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーは、第3のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーとは異なる。更なる実施形態において、第1及び第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーは、第3のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーとは異なる。
本フィルムは、1つ以上の層に添加され得る非ポリマー添加剤を更に含み得る。例示的な添加剤としては、加工油、流動性改善剤、防火剤、酸化防止剤、可塑剤、顔料、加硫剤または硬化剤、加硫促進剤または硬化促進剤、硬化遅延剤、加工助剤、UV安定剤、帯電防止剤、顔料、難燃剤、粘着付与樹脂などを挙げることができる。これらの化合物は、充填剤及び/または強化材料を含み得る。特性を改良するために用いられ得る他の添加剤としては、着色剤が挙げられる。潤滑剤、造核剤、強化剤、充填剤(顆粒状、繊維状、または粉末様を含む)もまた、用いられ得る。上に提供される例示的な一覧は、本発明とともに用いられ得る添加剤の様々な種類及び型を完全に網羅するものではない。
別段述べられない限り、以下の試験方法が使用される。全て試験方法は、本開示の出願日時点で最新である。
密度は、ASTM D792に従って判定する。
メルトインデックス(I2)は、190℃、2.16kgで、ASTM D1238に従って判定する。
メルトフローレート(MFR)は、230℃、2.16kgで、ASTM D1238に従って判定する。
示差走査熱量測定(DSC)は、半結晶性ポリマーの溶融及び結晶化を試験するために使用され得る一般的な技術である。DSC測定の原理、及びDSCの半結晶性ポリマーの研究への適用は、標準テキスト(例えば、E.A.Turi,ed.,Thermal Characterization of Polymeric Materials,Academic Press,1981)に記載される。いくつかの実施形態において、本明細書に記載されるプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーは、本質的に同一のままであるTme、及びコポリマー中の不飽和コモノマーの量が増加するにつれて減少するTmaxを有する、DSC曲線を特徴とする。Tmeは溶融が終了する温度を意味し、Tmaxはピーク溶融温度を意味し、これらの両方とも、最終加熱ステップからのデータを使用して、DSC分析から、当業者によって判定される。示差走査熱量測定(DSC)分析は、TA Instruments,Inc.からのモデルQ1000DSCを使用して判定される。DSCの較正は、以下のように行われる。最初に、アルミニウムDSCパンにいかなる試料も伴わずに、−90℃から290℃までDSCを実行することによって基線を得る。次いで、7ミリグラムの新鮮なインジウム試料を、試料を180℃まで加熱し、10℃/分の冷却速度で試料を140℃まで冷却し、続いて、試料を140℃で1分間等温維持し、続いて、10℃/分の加熱速度で試料を140℃から180℃まで加熱することによって、分析する。インジウム試料の融解熱及び溶融の開始を判定し、溶融の開始について156.6℃から0.5℃以内、融解熱について28.71J/gから0.5J/g以内であることを確認する。次いで、脱イオン水を、DSCパン中、10℃/分の冷却速度で小滴の新鮮な試料を25℃から−30℃まで冷却することによって、分析する。試料を−30℃で2分間等温維持し、10℃/分の加熱速度で30℃まで加熱する。溶融の開始を判定し、0℃から0.5℃以内であることを確認する。
ヒステリシス試験結果を、表8に以下に示す。永久歪み(PS)の変化%は、以下のように判定する。

- 延伸修飾されたエラストマー複層フィルムであって、
第1のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーを含むコア層であって、前記第1のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーが、少なくとも50重量%のプロピレンを含み、0.1g/10分〜35g/10分のメルトフローレート(230℃/2.16Kg)を有し、かつ少なくとも1重量パーセント〜40重量パーセントの範囲内の結晶化度を有する、コア層と、
第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマー及び2.5〜30重量%の粘着防止剤を独立して含む、少なくとも1つの外側層であって、前記第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーが、少なくとも50重量%のプロピレンを含み、0.1g/10分〜35g/10分のメルトフローレート(230℃/2.16Kg)を有し、かつ少なくとも1重量パーセント〜40重量パーセントの範囲内の結晶化度を有する、外側層と、を含み、
前記第1のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーの結晶化度が、前記第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーの結晶化度以上である、フィルム。 - 前記第1のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーが、前記第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーとは異なる、請求項1に記載のフィルム。

- 前記第1のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーのメルトフローレートが、前記第2のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーのメルトフローレートとは異なる、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、ブローフィルムまたは流延フィルムである、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、延伸修飾されていない同一のフィルムと比較して、永久歪みの低下を呈する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。

第1のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーを含むコア層であって、前記第1のプロピレン/アルファ−オレフィンコポリマーが、少なくとも50重量%のプロピレンを含み、0.1g/10分〜35g/10分のメルトフローレート(230℃/2.16Kg)を有し、かつ少なくとも1重量パーセント〜30重量パーセントの範囲内の結晶化度を有する、コア層と、
