Claims (10)
- 流体濾過のための、特に油圧流体用のフィルタエレメントであって、2個のエンドキャップ(26)の間に延びる好ましくはひだ付き多層フィルタ材(10)などのエレメント構成要素からなり、前記ひだ付き多層フィルタ材(10)は中空円筒体を形成して流体を通す支持管(14)を少なくとも部分的に有している、流体濾過のためのフィルタエレメントにおいて、
前記フィルタエレメントの少なくとも1個のエレメント構成要素は少なくとも部分的に少なくとも1個の発光体又はその他のマーカが装備されていて、前記発光体又はその他のマーカが特定の励起波又は波スペクトルに衝突すると特徴的で検出可能な波放射が励起されるようになっていることを特徴とする、流体濾過のためのフィルタエレメント。 - 前記発光体又はその他のマーカは有機性であり、少なくともホスト格子と好ましくはイオン形態で存在する活性剤とからなる蛍光物質として形成されており、前記活性剤は特に光の形で放射する波像を発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタエレメント。
- ホスト格子として酸化物、好ましくはY2O3又はLu3Al5O12が使用され、活性剤として好ましくは希土類及び/又は遷移金属、例えばマンガン、クロム又は鉄が使用されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタエレメント。
- それぞれのエレメント構成要素の表面における強い反射のために短波光、特に紫外光が使用され、表面下にあるより深い材料層に対しては長波光、特に赤外光が使用されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタエレメント。
- 特に人間の目で感知できない短波光はそれぞれのエレメント構成要素によって吸収されて、人間の目で感知できる長波光として再放射されること、又は投げ戻された短波光は分光法によって検出可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタエレメント。
- 種々異なる活性剤を適当に選択することによって少なくともフィルタエレメントの種類に対する一種の個人指紋が提供されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタエレメント。
- 前記活性剤は、粒径が1μm未満の粒子の形で存在していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタエレメント。
- その都度使用される蛍光物質が一種のインクとして利用でき、或いは好ましくは1成分系若しくは多成分系接着剤の形で接着剤(27、35)に混入されており、前記接着剤(27、35)によって少なくとも部分的に個々のエレメント構成要素が互いに結合されてフィルタエレメントを形成できることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタエレメント。
- 前記蛍光物質を有する接着剤(27、35)は、前記ひだ付き多層フィルタ材(10)のフィルタマット端部(30、32)を互いに結合するために、又は前記ひだ付き多層フィルタ材を少なくとも1個のエンドキャップ(26)と端面で結合するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタエレメント。
- 前記ひだ付きフィルタ材(10)の個々のフィルタプリーツ(12)は、それぞれのエンドキャップ(26)の接着剤層(27)内に間隔を置いて固定されていて、少なくとも部分的に隣接するフィルタプリーツ(12)の間で前記接着剤層(27)の部分の視覚による知覚が可能にされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタエレメント。
