Claims (10)
- 巻線支持体(22)と、コイル巻線(24)と、ハウジング(26)と、カバーディスク(28)とを含む磁気モジュール(20)を有し、および、カプセル(12)と、前記カプセル(12)と結合されたバルブインサート(16)と、前記カプセル(12)の内部で閉止位置と開放位置との間で軸方向へ可動に案内される閉止部材を備えた電機子(14)と、前記カプセル(12)と結合されたバルブシートを備えるバルブインサート(16)とを含むバルブカートリッジ(10)を有する、車両ブレーキシステムのための電磁弁であって、前記閉止部材と前記バルブシートとは前記バルブカートリッジ(10)を通る流体の流れを調整するバルブを形成し、前記巻線支持体(22)に装着された前記磁気モジュール(20)の前記コイル巻線(24)は、電気接続部(24.1,24.2)に印加される制御信号を通じて制御可能な、復帰ばね(18)の力に抗して前記電機子(14)を動かす磁力を生成する電気コイルを構成し、加熱動作のとき制御信号に基づいて前記バルブカートリッジ(10)の内部の流体温度を変更可能である、そのような電磁弁において、前記制御信号はバイポーラ交流信号として所定の周波数で前記コイル巻線(24)に印加されて、前記電磁弁(1)の強磁性回路および前記カプセル(12)で、前記バルブカートリッジ(10)の中にある流体(3)を加熱する渦電流を生成することを特徴とする電磁弁。
- 前記電磁弁(1)の前記強磁性回路は、前記電機子(14)と、前記ハウジング(26)と、前記カバーディスク(28)とを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記コイル巻線(24)は4つのスイッチングトランジスタ(T1,T2,T3,T4)を含むH型ブリッジ回路(5)のブリッジ分路に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記磁気モジュール(10)の加熱動作はバイポーラ交流信号についてそれぞれ所定の周波数領域を有する少なくとも2つの加熱モードを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 第1の加熱モードでは、第1の周波数領域に属するバイポーラ交流信号の周波数は、印加される制御信号に対してバルブ反応が行われないように設定されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第1の周波数領域は約0.1kHzから2.0kHzの範囲内の周波数を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電磁弁。
- 第2の加熱モードでは、第2の周波数領域に属するバイポーラ交流信号の周波数は、最大の誘導加熱出力を実現可能であるように設定されることを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第2の周波数領域は約2.1kHzから3.0kHzの範囲内の周波数を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電磁弁。
- 第3の加熱モードで車両の動作状態に依存して第1の加熱モードと第2の加熱モードとの間で切換がなされ、バイポーラ交流信号の最新の周波数は利用可能な車両電気システム電圧に依存して決まることを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 各々の電圧状況について最善の周波数が特性曲線の形態で保存されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電磁弁。
