Claims (2)
- 内燃機関用のアキュムレータ燃料噴射系において用いられて燃料アキュムレータにおける圧力を調整するために働く調圧弁であって、孔内を軸方向移動可能に案内されるピストン状の弁部材が設けられていて、該弁部材が閉鎖エレメントに作用し、該閉鎖エレメントが弁座に圧着可能であり、弁部材が、給電可能な電磁石の可動子を形成している形式のものにおいて、電磁石(3)の可動子(5)が永久磁石として形成されていて、給電されていない状態でも磁力が弁部材(6)に作用するようになっており、永久磁石の磁力は、該永久磁石が燃料アキュムレータ(2)における所望の最大圧力のための閉鎖圧を生ぜしめるように、設計されており、永久磁石の磁化は、磁力ひいては閉鎖力が十分な大きさを有し、つまり燃料アキュムレータ(2)内において噴射動作を可能にするのに十分に大きな圧力を形成することができるように、設計されており、さらに電磁石(3)への給電は、電流上昇時に極性に応じて磁力が液圧力の方向で作用するように、調節されていて、この磁力によって、弁の閉鎖力は減じられるか又は閉鎖方向における磁力が生ぜしめられるようになっていることを特徴とする、アキュムレータ燃料噴射系用の調圧弁。
- 内燃機関用のアキュムレータ燃料噴射系において用いられて燃料アキュムレータにおける圧力を調整するために働く調圧弁であって、孔内を軸方向移動可能に案内されるピストン状の弁部材が設けられていて、該弁部材が閉鎖エレメントに作用し、該閉鎖エレメントが弁座に圧着可能であり、弁部材が、給電可能な電磁石の可動子を形成している形式のものにおいて、可動子(5)を取り囲む電磁石(3)が、同様に可動子(5)に作用する永久磁石と結合されていて、給電されていない状態でも磁力が弁部材(6)に作用するようになっており、永久磁石の磁力は、該永久磁石が燃料アキュムレータ(2)における所望の最大圧力のための閉鎖圧を生ぜしめるように、設計されており、永久磁石の磁化は、磁力ひいては閉鎖力が十分な大きさを有し、つまり燃料アキュムレータ(2)内において噴射動作を可能にするのに十分に大きな圧力を形成することができるように、設計されており、さらに電磁石(3)への給電は、電流上昇時に極性に応じて磁力が液圧力の方向で作用するように、調節されていて、この磁力によって、弁の閉鎖力は減じられるか又は閉鎖方向における磁力が生ぜしめられるようになっていることを特徴とする、アキュムレータ燃料噴射系用の調圧弁。
