Abstract
Description
本発明は、概して、心臓弁置換及び修復の分野に関する。より詳しくは、本発明は、心臓弁輪に位置するための弁輪形成インプラント(例えば弁輪形成リング又はヘリックス体)に関する。
病にかかった僧帽弁及び三尖弁は、多くの場合、置換又は修復を必要とする。僧帽弁及び三尖弁リーフレット又は支持索は、変形して弱まる可能性があり、また、上記輪が拡張して弁からの漏れを引き起こす可能性がある。僧帽弁及び三尖弁の置換及び修復は、しばしば、上記輪の直径を小さくするために若しくは任意の他の方法として上記輪のジオメトリーを修正するために使用する弁輪形成リング又はバルブ置換若しくは修復の際の一般的な支持構造物を用いて実施される。
従って、本発明の実施形態は、好ましくは、例えば、先ほど確認した技術の単独又は任意の組み合わせにおいて、添付された特許請求の範囲によるデバイスを提供することによって、1又は複数の欠点、不利な点又は問題を緩和、軽減又は除去する。

Claims (16)
- 形状記憶材料の内部コア(101)と、

前記外側カバー(102)は、前記内部コアの少なくとも一部をカバーするように、前記内部コアの材料の外側半径方向に配置されており、
前記外部カバーは弾性であることから、前記形状記憶材料の動きの間、前記内部コアに従い、
前記外部カバーは、内皮化を促進する表面特性を有する第一材料を有する、
弁輪形成インプラント(100、200)。 - 前記外側カバーは、前記内部コアに巻付けた螺旋体(103)を備える、請求項1に記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記外側カバーは、繊維のメッシュ又は編み物(104)を備える、請求項1に記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記外側カバーは、所定の期間の範囲内で内皮化が始まる所定の表面孔隙率又は粗さを有する、請求項1から3の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記外側カバーは、インプラントの長手方向(107)に対して前記コア全体を実質的にカバーする、請求項1から4の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記インプラントは、カテーテルでデリバリー可能なリング(100)を備え、上記リングは、カテーテルにおいて前進し得る細長いデリバリー構成と、心臓弁輪に位置するために前記形状記憶材料が所定の構成を担っている植設形状とを有する、請求項1から5の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記植設形状のリングは、第一(105)及び第二(106)支持部材を備え、前記第一105及び第二106支持部材は、コイル状の構成で配置され、本来の心臓弁リーフレットの表と裏に配置して前記リーフレットを挟むのに適している、請求項6に記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記外側カバーは、前記第一及び第二支持部材をカバーする、請求項7に記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記インプラントの一部に沿った凹部(108)を備え、
前記凹部(108)は、前記インプラントの断面積を前記凹部において低下させる、請求項1から8の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラント。 - 前記インプラントの2つの部分(109、110)は、前記凹部で結合され、そして、前記凹部での屈曲運動によって互いに対して可撓性である、請求項9に記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記2つの部分は、前記凹部において所定の破壊点を有する、請求項10に記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記インプラントの長手方向(107)に沿って複数の前記凹部(108、108')を備える、請求項9から11の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記カバーは、前記凹部を通じて配置される、請求項9から12の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記第一材料は、第一金属合金を有する、請求項1から13の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 前記内部コアは、前記第一材料とは異なる第二材料を有し、前記第二材料は、第二金属合金(例えば、ニチノール)を有する、請求項1から14の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラント。
- 弁輪形成インプラント(100、200)であって、
形状記憶材料と、
前記インプラントの一部に沿った凹部(108)と、を備え、
前記凹部(108)は、前記インプラントの断面積を前記凹部において低下させ、
