Claims (10)
- 弁体(52)によって閉鎖可能な弁穴(50)と、該弁穴(50)に境を接し、内部に形成された中空空間(78)内で前記弁体(52)を受容する受容要素(74)とを備え、前記中空空間が長手軸線(88)と内壁(80)とを含んでいる、液圧装置の液圧ポンプ(10)のための吐出弁(76)において、
前記内壁(80)は、前記弁体(52)が進入することのできる、半径方向外側へ向けられたポケット(82)を有していることを特徴とする吐出弁。 - 前記ポケット(82)が前記弁穴(50)のほうに向けて開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吐出弁。
- 前記ポケット(82)が筒状に、特に円筒状に、且つ前記中空空間(78)の前記長手軸線(88)に対し軸線平行に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の吐出弁。
- 前記ポケット(82)が、前記中空空間(78)の横断面にて、該中空空間の前記内壁(80)で見て30゜ないし180゜の、好適には40゜ないし120゜の、特に好適には50゜ないし90゜の角度(94)にわたって延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の吐出弁。
- 軸線方向において前記ポケット(82)と前記弁穴(50)との間に、少なくとも1つの半径方向排流通路(106,108)が次のように設けられ、すなわち前記少なくとも1つの半径方向排流通路(106,108)と前記ポケット(82)との1つの面の上に直交するように投影した際、前記少なくとも1つの半径方向排流通路(106,108)が前記ポケット(82)に配置されているように、設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の吐出弁。
- 前記少なくとも1つの排流通路(106,108)が、第1の半径方向排流通路(106)と第2の半径方向排流通路(108)であり、該第2の半径方向排流通路(108)が前記第1の半径方向排流通路(106)に対し非対称に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の吐出弁。
- 前記少なくとも1つの半径方向排流通路(106,108)が、前記弁穴(50)を取り囲んでいる弁座(46)をその弁座周囲部(49)とともに全周で取り囲んでいる周囲通路(112)に配置されて流体を誘導していることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の吐出弁。
- 前記少なくとも1つの半径方向排流通路(106,108)がセグメント通路(100)に配置されて流体を誘導しており、前記セグメント通路が、前記弁穴(50)を取り囲んでいる弁座(46)をその弁座周囲部(49)とともに、該弁座周囲部(49)の制限セグメント(102)に沿ってのみ取り囲んでいることを特徴とする、請求項5から7までのいずれか一つに記載の吐出弁。
- 前記制限セグメント(102)が90゜と180゜の間の、好適には110゜と160゜の間の角度(104)にわたって延在していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の吐出弁。
- 前記少なくとも1つの半径方向排流通路(106,108)が、前記周囲通路(112)の外側で前記弁座周囲部(49)の全体にわたって広範囲に延在している外側通路(118)と結合されて流体を誘導していることを特徴とする、請求項7から9までのいずれか一つに記載の吐出弁。
