Claims (14)
- 電磁弁のための弁アーマチャ(10)であって、前記弁アーマチャ(10)の一端部に凹部(12)が配置されており、該凹部(12)が、弁シート(6.1)と協働する、閉鎖体(14.1,14.1A)を備えた閉鎖部材(14,14A)を収容する形式のものにおいて、
前記閉鎖体(14.1,14.1A)と前記凹部(12,12A)との間に、前記閉鎖体(14.1,14.1A)が前記弁シート(6.1)にぶつかる際に発生する衝撃を減衰する弾性的な減衰部材(16,16A)が配置されていることを特徴とする、電磁弁のための弁アーマチャ。 - 前記弾性的な減衰部材(16)がエラストマーディスクとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記弾性的な減衰部材(16)が切欠を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記閉鎖部材(14,14A))がプラスチック射出成形部品として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記閉鎖部材(14,14A)が保持手段(18,18A)によって前記凹部(12,12A)内に保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記保持手段(18,18A)が、前記凹部(12,12A)の縁部に設けられた点状または環状のかしめ加工部または縁曲げ加工部として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記凹部(12,12A)が盲穴として構成されており、前記減衰部材(16,16A)が前記盲穴の底部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記閉鎖部材(14,14A)が基体(14.2,14.2A)を有しており、該基体(14.2,14.2A)の寸法が前記凹部(12,12A)の寸法に適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記閉鎖体(14.1)が前記基体(14.2)に一体成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記基体(14.2A)が弾性的な減衰部材(16A)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記基体(14.2A)が、前記閉鎖体(14.1A)を収容する収容部(14.3A)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記閉鎖体(14.1A)が、熱間加工を介して前記基体(14.2A)の前記収容部(14.3A)内で保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 前記閉鎖体(14.1A)が、クリップ固着を介して前記基体(14.2A)の前記収容部(14.3A)内で保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の弁アーマチャ。
- 電磁弁のための弁カートリッジ(1)であって、磁心(2)と、該磁心(2)に接続されたガイドスリーブ(4)と、該ガイドスリーブ(4)内でリターンスプリング(7)の力に抗して閉鎖位置と開放位置との間で軸方向に可動にガイドされ、かつ閉鎖部材(14,14A)に連結された弁アーマチャ(10,10A)と、前記ガイドスリーブ(4)に接続された、弁シート(6.1)を備えた弁スリーブ(6)とを有しており、前記弁シート(6.1)が、少なくとも1つの第1の流れ開口(6.2)と少なくとも1つの第2の流れ開口(6.3)との間に配置されており、前記閉鎖部材(14,14A)が、前記閉鎖位置で前記弁シート(6.1)と気密に協働して、少なくとも1つの前記第1の流れ開口(6.2)と少なくとも1つの前記第2の流れ開口(6.3)との間の流体の流れを遮断するようになっており、この際、前記閉鎖部材(14,14A)が前記開放位置で前記弁シート(6.1)から引き離されていて、少なくとも1つの前記第1の流れ開口(6.2)と少なくとも1つの前記第2の流れ開口(6.3)との間の流体の流れを可能にする形式のものにおいて、
前記弁アーマチャ(10,10A)が、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項の記載に従って構成されていることを特徴とする、電磁弁のための弁カートリッジ。
