Claims (16)
- 互いに接触する複数の要素を含む複合材料スタックを分離する方法であって、各要素は強化繊維および樹脂マトリックスを含み、ここで該方法は、スタックを温度処理するおよび/またはスタックに応力を加えて要素を分離するステップを含む、上記方法。
- 加えられた応力が、以下の応力の1つ以上から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法:
a.曲げ応力
b.ねじり応力
c.圧縮応力
d.せん断応力
e.剥離応力
f.引張応力
g.振動応力。 - 応力は、スタックに対して1つ以上の方向で加えられる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 応力は、連続的にまたは同時に加えられる、請求項2または3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 温度処理および応力印加は、少なくとも部分的に同時に起こる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 応力印加は、温度処理の後に続く、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 温度処理は、樹脂マトリックスを冷却することを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 樹脂マトリックスは、冷却され、室温で樹脂のタック値の10%未満、好ましくは5%未満である値に樹脂のタックを低下させる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 温度処理は、樹脂マトリックスの加熱を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 樹脂マトリックスは加熱されて、室温で樹脂のタック値の60%未満、好ましくは45%未満である値に樹脂の粘度を低下させる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- スタックは、樹脂マトリックスで予め含浸された繊維強化材料の層(プリプレグ)の未硬化成形体または積層体、および/または樹脂含浸された刻んだ強化繊維から形成された成形体、および/またはその組み合わせから形成される、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 要素は、未硬化樹脂マトリックスまたはプリプレグを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- スタックは、樹脂マトリックス(プリプレグ)で予め含浸された繊維強化材料の層の成形体または積層体、および/または樹脂含浸された刻んだ強化繊維から形成された成形体、および/またはその組み合わせの切断に続いて形成される、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 応力印加および温度処理が循環されるか、または繰り返される、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複数の要素を含む成形体であって、各要素は、強化繊維および樹脂マトリックスを含み、前記要素は、請求項1〜14の方法に係る要素を分離するための温度処理および応力印加の後に、結合要素のスタックから形成されている、上記成形体。
- 複数の要素を含む成形体であって、各要素は、強化繊維および樹脂マトリックスを含み、前記要素は、請求項1〜14のいずれかに従ってスタックを分離することによって形成される、上記成形体。
