Abstract
Description
本出願は、2014年6月19日出願の韓国特許出願第10−2014−0074845号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に援用される。
図1及び図2を参照すれば、本発明の一態様によるケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ20は、表面に波形構造のパターンが形成されたシート型金属箔層1、前記金属箔層1の一面に形成された第1高分子樹脂層2、及び前記金属箔層1の他面に形成された機械的支持層3を含むパッケージ用シート10を含み、前記パッケージ用シート10は、前記第1高分子樹脂層2を内側に向けて折り曲げ中空を形成する。
一方、図5は、本発明のさらに他の実施例によるケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージを示した図である。図5を参照すれば、本発明の一態様によるケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ22は、表面に波形構造のパターンが形成された中空型金属箔層1´;前記金属箔層1´の内部面に形成された第1高分子樹脂層2´;及び前記金属箔層1´の外部面に形成された機械的支持層3´;を含む。このように、表面に波形構造のパターンが形成された前記中空型金属箔層1´を含むことで奏される効果は上述したようである。

Claims (21)
- 表面に波形構造のパターンが形成されたシート型金属箔層、前記金属箔層の一面に形成された第1高分子樹脂層、及び前記金属箔層の他面に形成された機械的支持層を含むパッケージ用シートを含み、
前記パッケージ用シートは、前記第1高分子樹脂層を内側に向けて折り曲げ中空を形成する、ケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。 - 前記波形構造のパターンは、前記ケーブル型二次電池用パッケージの長手方向に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 前記ケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージは、前記パッケージ用シートを折り曲げ、前記第1高分子樹脂層の一端部と他端部とを互いに付着しシーリングしたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 前記金属箔層は、鉄(Fe)、炭素(C)、クロム(Cr)、マンガン(Mn)、ニッケル(Ni)、銅(Cu)、アルミニウム(Al)及びその等価物からなる群より選択されるいずれか1種または2種以上の合金であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 前記第1高分子樹脂層は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂及びフルオロ系樹脂からなる群より選択されるいずれか1種または2種以上の混合物からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 前記第1高分子樹脂層は、疎水性無機物粒子をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 前記疎水性無機物粒子は、SiO2、Al2O3、MgO、BaTiO3、ZrO2及びZnOからなる群より選択されるいずれか1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 前記疎水性無機物粒子の平均粒径が1nm〜5μmであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 前記機械的支持層は、高密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、線形低密度ポリエチレン、超高分子量ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエステル、ポリアセタール、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンオキサイド、ポリフェニレンスルファイド及びポリエチレンナフタレートからなる群より選択されるいずれか1種または2種以上の混合物から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 前記パッケージ用シートは、前記機械的支持層の上部面に形成された第2高分子樹脂層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 前記ケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージは、前記パッケージ用シートを折り曲げ、前記第1高分子樹脂層の一端部と前記第2高分子樹脂層の一端部とを互いに付着しシーリングしたものであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 前記第2高分子樹脂層は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂及びフルオロ系樹脂からなる群より選択されるいずれか1種または2種以上の混合物からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。
- 表面に波形構造のパターンが形成された中空型金属箔層;
前記金属箔層の内部面に形成された第1高分子樹脂層;及び
前記金属箔層の外部面に形成された機械的支持層を含むケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージ。 - 内部集電体、内部電極活物質層、外部電極活物質層、前記内部電極活物質層と前記外部電極活物質層との間に介在される電解質層、及び前記外部電極活物質層の外部に形成される外部集電体薄膜を備え、長手方向に延びる電極組立体;及び
前記電極組立体が挿入される中空部を有し、前記中空部に挿入される前記電極組立体の外部面を囲んで密着形成される中空型のパッケージ;を含み、
前記中空型のパッケージは、請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージであることを特徴とするケーブル型二次電池。 - 前記外部集電体薄膜は、ハーフパイプ状またはメッシュ状であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記外部集電体薄膜は、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素または銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理されたステンレススチール;アルミニウム−カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理された非伝導性高分子;若しくは伝導性高分子から製造されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記内部集電体は、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素または銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理されたステンレススチール;アルミニウム−カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理された非伝導性高分子;若しくは伝導性高分子から製造されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記内部電極活物質層及び前記外部電極活物質層のいずれか1つは、天然黒鉛、人造黒鉛、炭素質材料;リチウム含有チタン複合酸化物(LTO);Si、Sn、Li、Zn、Mg、Cd、Ce、NiまたはFeを含む金属類(Me);前記金属類(Me)の合金類;前記金属類(Me)の酸化物(MeOx);及び前記金属類(Me)と炭素との複合体からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つの活物質、若しくはこれらのうち2種以上の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記内部電極活物質層及び前記外部電極活物質層のいずれか1つは、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMn2O4、LiCoPO4、LiFePO4、LiNiMnCoO2及びLiNi1−x−y−zCoxM1yM2zO2(M1及びM2は互いに独立して、Al、Ni、Co、Fe、Mn、V、Cr、Ti、W、Ta、Mg及びMoからなる群より選択され、x、y及びzは互いに独立した酸化物組成元素の原子分率であって、0<x<0.5、0<y<0.5、0<z<0.5、x+y+z≦1である)からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つの活物質またはこれらのうち2種以上の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記電解質層は、PEO、PVdF、PMMA、PANまたはPVAcを使用したゲル型高分子電解質;及びPEO、PPO、PEI、PESまたはPVAcを使用した固体電解質;から選択される電解質を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 電解質を含むリチウムイオン供給コア部、前記リチウムイオン供給コア部の外面を囲んで巻き取られた1つ以上のワイヤ型内部集電体と前記ワイヤ型内部集電体の表面に形成された内部電極活物質層を備える内部電極、前記内部電極の外面を囲んで形成された電極の短絡を防止する分離層、及び前記分離層の外面を囲んで形成され、外部集電体と前記外部集電体の少なくとも一面に形成された外部電極活物質層を含む巻き取られたシート型外部電極を備え、長手方向に延びる電極組立体;並びに前記電極組立体が挿入される中空部を有し、前記中空部に挿入される前記電極組立体の外部面を囲んで密着形成される中空型のパッケージ;を含み、
前記中空型のパッケージは、請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池用中空型パッケージであることを特徴とするケーブル型二次電池。
